Haooy Spooky Season, Tad!! One more for the season, if I may...A Night In The Lonesome October by Roger Zelazny. You read one very short chapter a day for the month of October. My spooky tradition. 🎃😊😊

Absolutely vampires are serial killers, they are the very definition of serial killer. Does The Halloween Tree have a character named Cecy in it -- a bedbound girl who travels mentally, enters other people's minds and often makes them kill themselves, apparently just because. I think she'd qualify too.
I am also a very slow reader, and am going to see how many prompts I can cover in a single book. I recently bought a copy of From the Dust Returned, which I think has many of the Halloween Tree stories in it (I already have this book, but the one I just bought has illustrations by Chas. Addams, so). I'm depending on it to cover a lot of ground.

@@sandracraft517 hmmm I don’t know. I remember that I actually have read the Halloween Tree before but it was so long ago, I remember absolutely nothing about it lol
