Its nickname is the Night Hauler, it comes out at night, choosing its victim on the highway. It chases the victim until its destroyed, it runs it off the road at high speeds and gives u envelope

It's passive. It doesn't mean to attack people. It actually TRIES to avoid civilians at all costs. Scp-973, on the other hand... does exactly what you said but kills the victim.
