You're talking about Diddy being on house arrest - BUT - you don't mention the fact that the judge decided to revoke bail PRIMARILY because he was already found to have tried to intimidate witnesses and the court feared him doing it again. Keep in mind that this isn't just ONE guy, who could be monitored, but he's accused of being the head of a criminal enterprise. Meaning even on house arrest, he could always find a way to have one of his minions intimidate witnesses for him secretly. If he's in jail and can only be visited by his lawyer and close family, the chances of him being able to do that is much more minimal.
