    *Veg Peri Peri Frankie Recipe:*
    Ingredients:
    - Tortilla wraps
    - 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots)
    - 1 cup of boiled and diced potatoes
    - Peri Peri sauce
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    - 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
    - 1 teaspoon of paprika
    - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
    - Chopped cilantro
    - Grated cheese (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mixed vegetables until they are slightly tender.
    2. Add the diced potatoes and sauté for a few more minutes.
    3. Season with salt, pepper, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
    4. Drizzle Peri Peri sauce over the mixture and stir well.
    5. Place a tortilla wrap on a flat surface and spread the Peri Peri veggie mixture.
    6. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro and grated cheese.
    7. Roll the tortilla into a Frankie and serve hot.
