I'd been really unimpressed by the sound out of the Left Hand Wrath Deluxe before now, but I think it really shines here! Cuts through just enough in a way that nothing else in this comparison does...
I think there is a big enough difference to really tell the difference. BUT: When I was mixing a small project for this channel a few days ago, it was hard enough to tell any difference after playing with the HM-2 EQ a bit.. The main action is the high mid knob, the rest is just decoration xD
I’m amazed by how good the Fullbore Metal sounds in a band setting into all three types of amps! Also in the isolated tracks, to be absolutely honest. 🤘 I can see (hear, actually) why you praised it while testing it in practice last year.
Its no wonder and yet no surprise why the OG Boss pedals are the standard and everyones favorite. They sounded the best to me in this video. Funny since I had other picks on the standalone video.
@@DomeNightbearer i just said on your preamp video that i loved the original metalzone the best :( and it never got posted, i have no clue why, same happened before on other videos
This is awesome on so many levels. This is the perfect way to test pedals and damn you got a lot of them! Many of these were surprising to me.

In the band context, it’s surprising how similar they all sound.

Look at those Winspector action figures in the shelf, dude! Blast from the past! ❤❤❤
Yes, I recently discovered them on my parents' attic! As well as some old school Power Rangers stuff 🤩
You are a crazy man... but also the library of the chainsaw. And that's quite an achievement.
Thanks, dude!
You've got to do what science wants you to do 🤣
There should be a mini series: "One man, one mission: The way of the chainsaw."

The XIX surprised me. Brutal
It looks like there's room for more! I only own 12 of them 😅 Some of them i own more than 1 of it tho.... 🤘🤟😜 Nice comparison, Dome!

Thanks bro this really is what I wanted for Christmas. Are y’all working on a new album.
yeah, we do!
i don't why youtube always blocks my comments, but awesome video nonetheless man! the MIJ seems to be king
Maybe you swear a lot? 😅

I do remember the comment and liking it. That's odd!
Bass sound is insane...it makes the business...what are the settings?
Great video mate, Deluxe Left Hand Wrath as always sounds killer, so many pedals I’ve never come across in that lot
Based off this video, Guardian of the Wurm and Nihilist sound best to me.
can you get a chainsaw tone using a graphic eq, like ge7 or 6band, in front of an amp? congrats for your videos
you get in a similar direction, however you need a gain stage in front of the eq, f.e. an Overdrive Pedal
I never liked the HM Demon, but damn! In a mix it sounds better than 2/3 of the other pedals. I'm surprised.
Love the one modded by anarchy audio. Although all are killer pedals except the danelectro ones imho.
haha, yeah, those two Danelectros are more or less some accidental chainsaw pedals and weren't intended to be used like this!
Oddly enough, they were the only two to distinctively cut through the mix on the clean amp.
