We needed this memory specifically to get a CSM release that actually worked. This is very underwhelming coming from a pretty good movie. (However it is the lesser of the 2 W Returns movies)
This really needs a CSM "upgrade". Maybe make it a separate piece and have a reader inside that when plugged into a Gaia Memory, would play the announcement name of that memory along with the "Upgrade" announcement, maybe even changing how the memory sounds in transformation.
W got bamboozled on CSM outside of the Double Driver set, from the look of things - the Dopant memories appear to use the Gashapon mold even though there was a DX mold available, and now this. For the price, shiny stickers don't really make these "complete."
Yeah if all the riders (W, Skull, Joker, Eternal) and Dopants each had these adapters, then well.... Hold onto your socks!!!!!! But seeing it don’t fit on the W Driver, guess Accel wins it. But if all Dopants had upgrades then we be in trouble.
It'd be nice to get this and extreme in csm with a full DX board and have it be removable with a spring loaded clip to put it on other memories even if it is just cosmetic
@@DXTokusatsu it sucks that the one about to be released is just gonna be like the Futto PI W Driver where they fill the memories full of dumb character lines (full an opinion if you like character lines in your roleplay toys that's cool) and not actually fix the Gaia memory to be of modern CSM quality with the henshin. I'd love to be wrong but I don't really see why they wouldn't take the easy route that pleases most. Also to back/clarify my point with the Gaia memories being subpar to csm quality ww don't get the armor clasping on sound or that little wind effect that plays after cyclone Joker transforms and no real way to set it up, can set up all those character lines for specific scenes but eh that's not really all that neat and just raises the cost of the belt and memories to pay off likeness. I still want them to actually make an extreame for this line since that's missing from all the csm and cs memory line ups except for its T2 of course. And boost hasn't gotten a single good toy would be dope for them to go back and make CSMs for those memories and maybe the two Dopant belts? I know far fetched but I wants
We also have yet to get a trigger that can work in both the maximum drive slot and the gun. Seriously would just take a button hold to swap it over a lot can be done with the lomg hold button press and CSM has shown us Bandai knows that with how they set up BGM sounds
@@Oma_Ender i fully agree, i also hate the fact that CSMs are not a real 1:1 scale, i wanted it to be scaled with arcle, altering, v buckle and faiz driver.
@@DXTokusatsu that I don't mind especially with this not being complete selection. The W driver even in the show was around the same size as the toy so there it's excusable but thats a valid want but i think its a case by case situation especially when they carried aroundthe toy as a prop but then it changes in size and detailon the actual suit (OOO and Gaim are great examples of such). My main issue with CSM is always either sound related or in CSM Gaim's case them taking away so much just to add a few extra sounds and up charge the fuck out of them. Like take the lockseeds they went from the most solid rider gimmick with sounds and light (structurely) to lighter self destructive toys just to remove a power switch and add the closing sound and not much else is really new.... That whole year or two of toys was self destructive on Bandai's roleplay side sadly. It's like they need to start picking sides do they go full in on show accuracy and only keep modification cause that's the toyline or do they just go with making Memorials with fancy belt straps cause that's CSM at this point and if they do decide to go that way they have no excuse to not just spam phase 2 at us with how much they used the toys as props. Like let's take fourze all you need to do is give it a gun metal under coat add a belt and voicelines and see how you want to do the switches and you're mostly good, still need to add BGM functionality but that's easy. Heck for voicelines all you need to do is send a check to the actors and use the master files they used in making the show.
Speaking of Accel, there is a fan drawing of Accel with a form called Over-Drive. I haven’t been able to find it in years. Does anyone know what I’m referring to, and if so, does anyone know where it can be found?
