The singer’s grandmother was his best friend and she had recently passed…he wrote this song about trying to wrap his head around the fact that she is gone…but not forgotten. As a 41 year old man who’s 88 y/o grandmother is his best friend…I feel it. This is a metal song, but it’s not just that to me. That’s why I love metal. It moves you when done right. 🤘🏼

This band is the king of breakdowns. I highly recommend Killing Time or The End of all we Know
the whole album is great, i havent loved a metalcore album this much in a looong time
