Here is the protocol used for pocs woman where clomid did not work:
Day 3 : 2.5mg of letrozole
Day 4 : 5 mg of letrozole
Day 5 : 7.5 mg of letrozole
Day 6 : 10 mg of letrozole plus HMG 150 IU HP
Day 8: HMG 150 IU HP
Scan is scheduled on day 10 for follicular study need to check if above protocol works
