( IN SHORT: Bloxburg probably hasn’t updated the starter house or any purchasable houses is because players probably would not experiment with the building side of bloxburg and just never really build and just roleplay for a long time if given such a lovely house like so, and will only have to work a small amount of time for bills. Not every new person will do this, but I bet the current community would be happy with this update.) Honestly, if I were to come up with a theory of WHY bloxburg hasn’t updated the starter houses or any houses you can buy, is because of building. Building is the main reason why a lot of people play bloxburg, and the other reason is roleplaying. Nobody will really learn how to build if they start out with something like THIS. It could take away from the building community away a little bit because who needs to build when you start off with such amazing houses? That’s what probably would happen. Some new people would probably not want to try out the building feature and just roleplay if you know what I mean. A lot of the bloxburg community roleplays instead of builds, and that would mean more roleplayers and less builders. As in people wouldn’t necessarily need to build when given such amazing houses like these, and would probably only need to work for a few minutes per day just to pay off bills. So there will probably be no new builders but just a couple more roleplayers, which there’s nothing wrong with that but I learnt how to build because of having a starter house, not because of having a mansion right when I load in the game. I’m not saying I’m the best builder ever, but I would’ve stuck to roleplaying over building if this was what everyone got when they first started playing. I’m not saying it’s the same for everyone, but it would have an effect on the building community or just bloxburg is too lazy, and they’ve been asked for so long over the years and nothing has happened. That’s just my theory.
