The amount we spend setting up a clinic and getting a good chair is quite high. Then having to face such problems with a dental chair is very disturbing. The problems you have faced with your chair shows thats extremely low quality plastic and other materials have been used in its construction and that the design is not engineeringly sound. The breakage of the base, swing arm and the light arm looks as if the chair has been on an off road rally race. This video is an eye opener to dentists unfamiliar with the process of buying a new chair. Thank you doc.

Total agree with you Doctor. I had same problem. They are only interested in traping Dentist and to sell their chair once u paid money then their job is done everytime they say technician is on leave or on other job they will come later. And after warranty the main film comes. They charge 3 times more than Indian dentist dental treatment charge.... Really the loot system is running in India..

However after these two models Gnatus has launched new models called G3 and G3+ with 3 years warrenty. Let me tell you G3 and G3+ is just awsome and the quality is very good. In 2018 Gnatus has launched S series dental chair with 5 years warrenty. S series is conquering the market now. S series has 4 series which can undoubtedly satisfy you. I have been using Gnatus s 200, the base model since 2018 and so far I have not faced any issues so far. After all Gnatus cannot make everyone happy..
People lost money and also as per doctor, Service response was poor , what is the use of increasing warranty period , if the company has decided not to respond. I was about to buy one .. but i think it will be better to do some more research into it.
I think gnatus quality might be going down over time. So explains y some drs might not have faced difficulty with these chairs in the past. Thanks for the detail review dr.
I own Gnatus innova pad plus model since 2012, quality of the chair is lesser than Chinese chairs. I spend more than 1 lac for chair repair in last 5years .Never go for Gnatus chair.
I am not with you .....because same model i used continue 3 year ......there is no problem .......hmm some problem in suction holder ..but ...the chair is so nice and comfert
