I'm no genius but I'd say it's the whispering and pretending to be a reiki practitioner which is that "something" you can't put your finger on.

The crinkles and the little crackles and light white noise are such treats! So, so, relaxing and cozy!
I realized the reason I like this channel so much because I don’t like eye contact in ASMR

Personally I’m not a believer in stuff like this, but I am a believer in that if you believe it helps it will help. After all if something is a placebo, and works, is it really a placebo. This also looks really relaxing.
Those hand movements while sensing the energy are ASMR heaven for me and putting me right to sleep 😴

@@catupthetree23 For my brain it‘s better that she‘s not speaking that softly, because if somebody is whispering or talking really softly, my brain tries to understand what they are saying and has to concentrate on that and I will not fall asleep 😅 That’s why I don‘t like the forced ASMR whisperer, but love Hannah and Jeremy’s unintentional ASMR 🥰

I usually start an ASMR video and put my phone on the nightstand to fall asleep. But those hand movements are so hypnotic and soothing!! Love it!

It's all to do with harmonics, the crystal may look static, but the atomic structure vibrates at a set frequency, the human body on a cellular level also has a harmonic frequency, plus the fact we produce an aurora energy field which can interact with the harmonics of crystals. Lots of things all depend on harmonic motion.

@@mandogaming8078 There have been many peer reviewed studies done on non-pharmacological methods for pain and stress relief. While reiki itself might not be a recognized method I saw certain aspects such as the massage that could be.

This channel is definitely up there with the other great channels from the beginning of the ASMR craze. The only other videos I know of this quality are the Massage ASMR videos. I don’t know how you capture the essence of the gemstone therapy channel so well!!!!
