Lpl fan boys got a real reality check this year. You’re lucky to even made it with one team to semis. With different seeding, Gen G didn’t have to eliminate DK. Last yr, EDG definitely dodged a bullet in T1, self-admittedly.
Last year edg was so lucky dk choked in finals so hard. They were by far more dominant until finals. Then I guess pressure got them. Even 2021 geng took edg to game 5. The same geng that got 3-0 by dk in lck and 3-1ed by t1 in lck. If dk played like their semis quarter even group stage forms, it would have been 3-1 or 3-0. Even in their worst form it was still a 3-2
Even how close this series had been especially in the first three games I Never doubt T1 when they tied the series 1-1. I know deep in every players heart of T1 that they will easily win this series. They might stumble a bit, sacrifice a bit but for a greater price in return. I know if they win in game 2 which actually they did they will make things turn around. DK and DRX are not easy opponents for Gen G. If Gen G will defeat DRX it would be an interesting final. Gen G a former SSG. Even t1 will lose again this time Faker will always be the GOAT and must be respected. Remember how they lost to SSG last time is about team fight and coordination. This New roster of T1 except faker must be aware of that. Together T1 is a strong formidable team. 🙂
Ryze's game management was a tactic that was too heavy for Jingdong to the point where they were really crazy. The 2nd and 3rd set matches must have been an opportunity to break down the mentality of the JD players.
Now that I was just blown away by the level of gameplay these 2 teams exhibited, I just hope the Finals can top this performance off because honestly, this match is supposed to be for the Finals. Best of luck to all of them.
I knew JGD would lose since group stage, because in one of JDG's group games, the team members said they need to perform well to get out of their group as first so they don't face T1 at quarter, because T1 always wins against JDG in scrims. I really want to see GenG vs T1 now, after witnessing one of the best bo5 in history (DK VS GENG), the finals will be a banger.
It's crazy how I've actually read comments from people that Faker is underperforming. He is doing everything under the sun possible for his team to win, whether it's glamorous or not. Absorbing ganks & pressure while still maintaining high power level through farm, sacrificing himself so the team can get objectives, split pushing. And throughout all this, we still manage to get plays that only Faker could make like the Ryze recall play up top. The Legend lives on boys, hope he gets another trophy.
Hands down to JDG, they put a good fight. 369 showed he can face Zeus. Kanavi at some point outjungled Oner. Yagao put a good fight against Faker and the botlane I had no expectations yet they showed in 3 games out of 4, that they can show me smth even tho they were put as weakside against lucian nami. Had a great time watching it until 3am.
Yeah I think people are a bit harsh to JDG bot lane. Hope did as best as he could at his first Worlds, and playing against Lucian as Aphelios is a nightmare mid game. Doesn't help that he got Jhin in the last game either, plus Keria as the opposing support already makes the matchup unfair. If I were to pick someone to be disappointed with as a JDG fan, it'd be Yagao most definitely. Kanavi too, camped top but did shit all afterwards.
I remember when I said at spring that if t1 keeps this form, they are unbeatable. Apparently they said even the top 4 lpl teams can beat t1. Good thing t1 got back in form to show who's the boss
Game after game T1 showed that you can go ahead and camp ZEus but Guma exists and he clapped them and JDJ did not learn their lesson first loss second loss they went right back top their final game and camped ZEus while Guma is winning and actually doing more in team fight while Hope is hoping he can catch up to Guma lmao.
T1 GAME 1 - Cammile x Galio combo was not a good choice. (Also, due to the Elder Dragon flip they lose Game 1 which was so close like an Inch). T1 just directly: change their draft in Game 2 so they don't have to regret over the drafts mistake And the rest is HISTORY. T1 are your WORLDS 2022 CHAMPIONS. Game 1 was so close. Game 2 was chaos from T1 Game 3 was full dominantion from T1 Game 4 - T1 sends JDG all the way to the Atlanta Airport.
he moved slightly after the renata ult was on the edge, and the ult was casted from low ground so the hitbox will be more bigger on the footside of the enemies
Renata cast her R down the river, and league has wonky hitboxes when it involves skillshots cast in river. Think of it like summoner's rift as a 2D plane rendered in 3D, if you remove height variation off the map Jhin's hitbox will be well within the Renata R.
@@Discotechque thank you, that makes so much sense now. If she'd actually casted on higher ground, the visual would've definitely hit, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
The thing is, all their laners are strong. They really can't shut them down by funneling and ganking one lane. And even if they do, they just out macro you like in game 2. Every team so far have good teamfighting, but no one really has as good of a macro as T1.
they watched RNG vs T1 for sure but they still do it because of the hype of 369 vs Zeus they invested on him so much that the other lanes are getting fvkd up.

This New roster of T1 except faker must be aware of that. Together T1 is a strong formidable team. 🙂
LPL is second region to LCK. Thered a reason why LPL import Korean players, Scout, Viper, Doinb, Rookie, TheShy. LCK has been always better.
Ryze's game management was a tactic that was too heavy for Jingdong to the point where they were really crazy. The 2nd and 3rd set matches must have been an opportunity to break down the mentality of the JD players.
14:40 Keria flash... holy fuck
Keria is so damn good man. Absolute chad of a support
Now that I was just blown away by the level of gameplay these 2 teams exhibited, I just hope the Finals can top this performance off because honestly, this match is supposed to be for the Finals. Best of luck to all of them.
Faker laughing as the 1st question from the post game interview is translated like "yall know i speak English fine right?"
2023 worlds rematch CAN'T WAIT
Rewatching this before T1 vs LNG
I knew JGD would lose since group stage, because in one of JDG's group games, the team members said they need to perform well to get out of their group as first so they don't face T1 at quarter, because T1 always wins against JDG in scrims. I really want to see GenG vs T1 now, after witnessing one of the best bo5 in history (DK VS GENG), the finals will be a banger.
LPL cannot win worlds without 2 koreans, its a criteria
as a support, watching a confident adc will make me focus 100% and enjoy 100x.
the T1 adc is a beast.
Faker is underperforming? What are these people talking about, look at his Azir gameplay holy sh*t
Such a beautiful placement of barrels by GP. 29:44
MVP = Everyone in T1
jdg mental was so broken in game 4... beautiful
They lost confidence
OMG T1 TT ROOTING FOR YOU TO WIN WORLDS!!! I HAVE BEEN WATCHING YALL SINCE 2017! OMG T1!
Legends never die.
When the world is calling out your name, begging you to fight.
Let's go Faker and T1!!!!!
Rewatching This Before T1 vs. JDG again (Worlds2023)
This is the highest level of league of legends I've ever seen, and I've been following competitive since season 3.
Everyone on T1 played well but bot lane shined especially. JDG really brought out the beasts out of T1 they made them work
34:49 that Ult from Faker.. hands down..
Man I just felt bad at game 4, everytime JDG try to fight they just get annihilated after jesus christ. Game 2 mentally destroyed them
Faker has to win worlds again man it’s just gonna be so heartbreaking if he falls short. Might be his last time getting this far.
42:11 "so my girlfriend ryze kept nagging"
I fucking love faker 🤣😂🤣
@Taylor Lee huh??
@@MistaWind he said good old friend
T1 GAME 1 - Cammile x Galio combo was not a good choice. (Also, due to the Elder Dragon flip they lose Game 1 which was so close like an Inch). T1 just directly: change their draft in Game 2 so they don't have to regret over the drafts mistake
And the rest is HISTORY. T1 are your WORLDS 2022 CHAMPIONS.
Game 1 was so close.
Game 2 was chaos from T1
Game 3 was full dominantion from T1
Game 4 - T1 sends JDG all the way to the Atlanta Airport.
sick games, one of the most beautiful semi finals ever
Faker looks emotional at 35:39
At the end too
his 2014 and 2016 memories probably flashed right before his eyes lol
Looks like a face of relief for me, that his ult didn't go wrong
He was tearing up. He knew that after 5 years, he is in final again.
Hoping This 2023 Worlds Final JDG VS T1 rooting for T1's Winning Championship
The Light might be toxic but he never said anything crazy unrealistic such as 5 chinese winning worlds
33:07 How does Renata ult works? I don't understand that hitbox, can someone explain please. Didn't seem to land on Jhin.
he moved slightly after the renata ult was on the edge, and the ult was casted from low ground so the hitbox will be more bigger on the footside of the enemies
@@Eruerucamicaminono yes
Damn oner and bot duo really nailed it, also faker was in his top condition! both awesome and good game
What happen to any top 6 team from LPL can win worlds?
was not it, the TOP 8 of LPL can clean TOP 2 of LCK?
@@abigairey9543 DRX is top 6 LCK and Sweeped your world champions 4-1 lmao,
@@abigairey9543 wake up to reality
Guys i think his doing sarcasm
@@viktor5936 im not even mad at you for no reading carefully xD T1 finals!!!
LPL players respect Zeus so high. they always gank Zeus to shutdown T1.
which is bad idea because they letting their botlane get stomped
The thing is, all their laners are strong. They really can't shut them down by funneling and ganking one lane. And even if they do, they just out macro you like in game 2. Every team so far have good teamfighting, but no one really has as good of a macro as T1.
They must've forgot all 3 lanes from T1 can carry
they watched RNG vs T1 for sure but they still do it because of the hype of 369 vs Zeus they invested on him so much that the other lanes are getting fvkd up.
Thanks for the fast upload!!
Lpl were supposed to be the bo5 kings. However, they are 3:0 in bo5s by lck this year
they cant win with same ping
bo5 kings = losing 12 bo5's against lck?
lpl is just noob 😅

Absolute banger games for both teams. Can't wait for GEN vs DRX tomorrow!
DRX you mean
@@SaraGon15 mb 😂
This was unironically one of the best bo5's to have ever been played in Worlds
Top tier league of legends
IWillTencent just blocked me on Twitter today after LPL got STYLED on. Buddy must be having a real rough time 😢
He just doesn't like retards, that's why he blocked you.
legit stayed 5 am straight to watch all of these matches, so worth
It doesn’t matter which region you support or who your favorite team is; whenever Faker is on the rift you just can’t help but cheer him on. GGWP to both teams and good luck to T1 in the finals. T1 FIGHTING!
No team can defeat T1 in a worlds event.
You know it when JDG has 'Missing Hope' on bot 🙃🙃
History repeats itself in this Worlds 2023 Semifinals.
seeing how LNG was demolished 3-0 its bound to happen, T1 3-1, and will reach the finals
It repeats however this time T1 is the last hope of LCK while in 2022 JDG was the last hope of LPL. Maybe some changes in the history hahahah
I said "History repeats itself in this Worlds 2023 Semifinals".
