and on some of the other members signing with a new agency.
Apparently, LOONA Chuu's date for pleading was changed for some reason,
and the members of LOONA whose applications for injunctions
to suspend their exclusive contracts,
namely HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry, signed with Modhaus, home to tripleS.
But the head of Modhaus and LOONA have special connections.

Wow, I hope things will really workout for our LOONA girls after all this chaos! Imagine how much stress they must be under for all of this to be going down in the public eye and being uncertain of the future. You can see how tired and burnt-out they are from the videos on their social media accounts sending messages to fans and such. Orbit will be with you always!
Two things.
1.... I really likes to see a kpop group actually win lawsuits again an agency that treats them badly! I know a lot about allot the mistreatements agencies give to their idols.
2..... If kpop idols launce independently like many American artists do they would have more control over their lives and music.

(정대표가 무책임하게 이달소를 떠난 게 아니라 도유람님 영상에서 설명한 바대로 세계관 축소를 요구한 블베가 정대표를 축출했다고 봐야 할 것입니다. 참 많은 오해가 있었던 것 같습니다.) 하지만 이제 이달소가 원래의 궤도(orbit)을 찾아갈 길이 열렸습니다. 애초에 정대표는 Loonaverse를 45부작으로 구상했다고 합니다. 그 절반도 마치기 전에 멈춰버린 여정이 다시 시작되어 그 장엄한 마무리를 볼 수 있다면 오빛의 한명으로서 정말이지 꿈만 같은 일일 겁니다.

i am so happy! i hope the rest of the members are able to transfer to modhaus quickly! they deserve a second chance with the people that were there at the start, knowing that they will be treated well and paid.
Loona is really an unique group and I have never seen a group with such detailed lore as Loona.

It's already taken very long and i suspect it has been actually in process for quite a while. There's signs here and there that both parties have been planning to go this route for a long time already, we have no actual clue of when the work towards transferring the members began, but it is possible it went way back to the injuction.
I say this because it's quite tricky to afford the legal fees 😐
Hopefully all 12 members reunite back as ot12 under a new agency away from BBC

LOONA finally came back home to their original creative director. This has been a crazy experience.
and that's why it's written as LOOΠ∆ (read as LOOP'D).
This will be a full circle moment for the members & the CEO. Their original concept was really amazing and it sucks that it got cut short. If all the members can reunite under CEO Jaden + their Japanese contracts is still standing they really can comeback stronger than ever!
If this goes smoothly, this would be a great comeback story in k-pop history. I hope they can continue as a group, & I hope Jaden finishes the original loona concept if he can get all 12 together. The girls have been gaining a lot of support, this would be the cherry on top!

some in the comments please stop saying that moon girls should be added to TripleS, Loona has a different path, they already have a dedicated fandom that supports them the way they are. Btw, i have nothing against TripleS, but I'm sure the company understands that fans on both sides will not like it.

Exacly, please don’t put them in tripleS but as a fan of both groups I’ve all my trust into Jaden’s vision. Both groups are his treasures so he understands the value of both!
There's quite a few factors that make the groups fusing absolutely impossible.
- MODHAUS has made it explicitly clear that as part of the concept, the members of the group will never discover who the next member is until it is announced on the tripleS TH-cam channel.
- tripleS is in the process of introducing Japanese members to the group. Having one or two japanese members out of 24 would be quite weird considering they have a HAUS specifically located on Japan.
- LOONA themselves are completely unwilling to go through with activities if the group is not a full 12 member unit. The time they had to work without HaSeul the group was incomplete in the eyes of the fans and the members. And now that Chuu was forced to quit her activities with the group on BBC, the full group decided to collectively go to court against BBC. They're just not having any of it.
- JJ worked with LOONA 2 years developing the concept from the ground up, and to add to that he had already made plans for the group's promotions a while before his concept was approved by BBC. Everything he did until he was forced to leave was double down on the concept every single time.
- LOONA and tripleS have completely different concepts, we know that, but it is also extremely apparent this went deep into the audition process. Every single member of LOONA was meant to have an unique personality that was further developed through their activities, making them more irreplaceable as time went on, but also deliberately making sure none of the members really fully meshed together.
- tripleS on the other hand seems to be focused to appeal to their fans in the opposite way, where they can relate to the group instead of idolizing them as outliers between other artists. If they were to integrate any one LOONA member into tripleS, they would stick out like a sore thumb.
- The only thing they are compatible with is their sound, and even there JJ is probably trying to make them diverge further away; tripleS does have a similar sound to LOONA's first mini-album, but they're completely different to their second mini-album… and the rest of their discography, actually.
Nobody involved wants it to happen and they're under the impression it would collapse both groups, so it won't happen.
@@nodezsh exactly, besides, JJ personally confirmed that he had 45 projects ready for Loonaverse (concepts, ep, albums, etc.), but he managed to complete only less than half, because Blockberry abandoned this idea and they had to part ways due to creative differences. I just hope that he has plans to get all the members back together and they also don't face any more mistreatment. As for the similarity in the sounds of Loona and TripleS, i noticed this only in a few songs, since the same producers worked on them, otherwise there is nothing in common between them.

i think that the fact that loona is able to continue doing activities in the industry (ex: heejin with reverse and chuu with solo activities) while their careers are being affected by the lawsuits is impressive and shows that they'll have the grit and determination to continue doing music as idols and that we can trust them to come back to us so we'll just have to wait patiently until they return as twelve again and to keep supporting all their activities
it also shows how strong loonas fandom is like heck we may be toxic af but we love our girls more than anything and want them to eat

As always, thanks to Doyouram for the objective and fair reporting on the ongoing crisis on LOONA Island. There has been a lot of speculation so I want to clear up a few things:
* On LOONA joining tripleS: maybe? We'll find out in two days. But it would be a bad idea from a business perspective, combining an established group with a rookie group with a large age gap that's still in the process of debuting... wouldn't make much sense.
* La Maison LOONA (LOONATheBallad) and B#rn: BBC _probably_ doesn't own the rights, the rights likely defaulted back to the composers and topliners (or publishing house) when the tracks weren't released, so there's a slim possibility.
* The future of the rest of the members: they've always had the position that they are a 12-member group that acts as one, so it seems likely that OEC+ are just the first wave, and the rest of the members will follow.
* BBC's lawsuit: the granted injunctions make this frivolous for now, but if somehow contract terminations aren't granted, it'll be a big deal.
* Allegations against Jaden: hearsay and inference. Might be true, but the members have constantly asked us to trust them since the legal issues began, so I'm trusting them.
* Referring Chuu's case to mediation: it's an annoying delay, but totally normal; courts would rather private parties come to an agreement than clog up the court system.
* Why were five members' injunctions not granted initially? Because they re-negotiated their contracts to be a little less unfair.
* Tokyo concert: this was run entirely by UMJ, not BBC. We don't know how the members feel about it, but their facial expressions implied they weren't happy about it (especially Yeojin). Regardless, they performed well and were entirely professional.
Well on loona joining triple s that is a very far fetch considering the age gaps between both grps and super unlikely to happen jaden would know how big loona and instead he would prob take this opportunity to let tge members release sls again and possibly let OEC subunit comeback which was the most famous subunit. And considering he remove saying xx is the last loona album it could very well mean he Intends for loona to remain as loona after all this legal proceedings end and the rest likely joining Modehaus

정병기있었을때 이달소를 좋아했는데.. 데뷔콘서트까지 갔었고 ㅠ 그당시 이달소를 좋아했으니까 갠적으로 이렇게 풀리는게 너무너무 다행이라고 생각합니다. 정병기 안목은 믿어요ㅠㅠ 제발 나머지멤버들도 무사히 합류해서 다시 이달소 보고싶어요.
