The problem of the government project is they didn't hire private inspector to monitor the project, Only the DPWH as the implementing agency as the same the inspector of the project pag malagyan ang inspector tapos ang proyekto ganyan ang mangyari.

Wala siyang welded steel anchor net wire mesh for retaining wall at dapat waterproof concrete ang binuhos. Ang pundasyon dapat malalim at makapal. Dapat hindi lahar kaagad kundi natural soil layer muna for shoring with wire mesh anchored laterally. Mahina talaga ang pagkagawa nakita naman natin.
DPWH, diba dapat before simulan lahat nang project naka prepare na lahat , including ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ..tapos ngayon sasabhin na hindi natapos kasi nag negotiate pa sa road righ of way... Something Wrong ! .....

😂😂😂😂😂😂
nakatira ako diyan. hanggang ngayon di parin tapos. Lubak-lubak parin yung daanan.
For information po.
I mean yung katulad sa Pasig river.

tama'!👍
Hello po with all due respect nag ojt po ksi ako sa dpwh yang right of way po ang pinakamahirap kunin dahil ung mismo taga doon ayaw maki kooperate
Dapat ready lahat bago simulan, tulad NG pag luto, wag muna mag saing Kung walang bigas,
That's base on my experience.
Naysuuuuuu
Looking at it from the top view, the riprap looked too steep to push back hydrodynamic pressure. Indicative of poor project budgeting.
Riffraff haha riprap ka diyan rapper ka?
Leon Esperanza riff-raff - disreputable or undesirable people. That‘s a description of yourself.

Mas maganda pa yung Candaba Road.(Pinak tawag samin) Hahaha, hello karing taga Candabeño ken!😍 Mas malagu ya pa ing pinak kesa ken.Mas malagu ya pa panga gawa yita.
Kailangan ng mga malalaking bato bago sementuhan. Talagang guguho yan.
Oo maling mali sino bang engineer Na gumawa nito
sagot nung contractor ung repair na un at walang gagastusin ung DPWH dun....
NAKU.. IMBESTIGAHAN or PANAGUTAN if di po masolusyunan... TIME is Gold po and SAFETY is priority...
!
Ang iksi pa...140m.....tinipid nnmn and materyales..
Kalokohang leak yn . Substandard tapos ung lupang nilgay walang mga bato
I hope they will audit DPWH. Yung mga road projects nila very suspicious I dont know much about engineering pero bakit mo sisirain ang daan na maayos naman? Why don't they put that budget dun sa hopeless case na daan. These projects are worth millions and we often take them for granted where we should benefit from it.
Slappy Job,,, the foundation is made of sand,,, naturally it will fall,,, I bet theres a kickback involve on this project.
Jan kami nakatira

No wonder
Wla daw mali sbi ni ate. . So tama?
no.1 tlaga corruption kya nabulok pinas.pass FOI bill, empower ombudsman,CITF,amlac,COAudit, pacc ,napolcom etc.
Baket wlang spiral
not good
One to two months to repair? he he.
Yaku man! Hahaha.
Number 1. Under penalty dapat yan.
Number 2. Under warranty period yan kaya dapat icover ng contactor ang damage.
Note: Silipin ung quality control.
Engineering Failure, Sub standard materials, unskilled workers etc.
Sa pililipinas lang maraming project tapos kinukurakot
Salamat Bam Aquino!
At wala pa silang nakikitang mali o kapabayaan dyan ha!
Wala akong nakitang boulders 😂
