We still have no definite answer with regards to the overall damage formula. However, it is widely accepted that all the multipliers like race, size, element, damage vs player, etc are multiplicative. Then, the PVP stats are applied at the very end.
Wanderer(Maestro) class dps is not that great compared to other classes, it needs a lot of $$$ to be able to really do enough damage. I might not able to make a good dps Wanderer(Maestro) because my current stats are not really made for dealing damage.
