Очень уж эти булки хлеба похожи на те,что пекли в Кустанайской хлебопекарне,:в 70- х годах, был сладковатым на вкус ,у нас его называли почему то ,, са́йки,,. С молоком свежим- вкусно,как десерт!
I've never seen a rotating oven like he has in his bakery, only seen them in the deli cooking chicken and is not as deep either. His bakery goods are so beautiful that they are almost to pretty to eat. Such care is given to the products that he makes from beginning to being put on the shelves to be sold.
It’s called hand-washing 🙄 it’s been extensively studied that gloves don’t increase cleanliness in the workspace, mostly because people don’t change their gloves as often as you’d sanitize your hands in a commercial kitchen. If folks wash their hands (and most places have policies regarding this, with signs everywhere and enforcement of the rules as well by supervisors) then it’s actually cleaner than places that wear gloves…🤦🏼♂️ Not to mention that the bread is going into a 200°C+ oven, that will kill any kind of bacteria or fungus…SMH we got a Karen over here whining over nothing. What a joy you must be at parties!
@@jessehachey2732 hand washing is not always practiced by everyone. There's also a study done on this too. Washing your hands and heat won't protect the product from stray hairs.
As for being the life of the party, I always have been and always will be. I'm far from being a Karen. If you knew me you would know how far off point you are. 😂 I was, however, a chef and practiced strict cleanliness policies on the job and at home when preparing food for people. 😊
