Don’t Call It A Comeback!! 🥹 14 Months Post-ADCC 2022 Injury (Kendall’s Road To Polaris 26 Victory)

Flashback to 2022 ADCC semifinals… I’d been on fire throughout the tournament, performing better than ever, and due to a mid-match freak accident, I tore my MPFL and dislocating my patella.
I was pulled out of the arena on a stretcher. It was the most devastating moment of my career.
14 months later, in October of 2023, I re-entered competition to defend my Polaris Open Weight Belt in the UK. It was a pretty incredible time that I’ll never forget. I hope you enjoy following along the physical, emotional, and spiritual journey with me. I’m so happy you’re here. 🫶🏼

Wow I knew you had respect for Leticia (as everyone should since she’s a beast!) but to see you show some much love to her after the match and thanking her for taking this is CLASS.
This industry is great but it can unfortunately be kinda toxic. I know you’re not “giving her excuses” but it’s such a charming trait you have where you’re acknowledging how much travelling she’s been doing and how she gave up a lot of weight for this. Having great character can go a long way ❤️
