You can still totally mail baby chickens through the mail which is kind of neat as long as you ignore the part where they're shipped with extra chicks to act as padding/insurance/heaters during transit.

brussel sprouts are delicious. you just have to roast them or fry them or grill them, or use a combination, with good amounts of oil, salt, and other seasonings. make sure you get a nice char on the outside. then they literally become a better version of broccoli, which are amazingly delicious

The cultivar for brussel sprouts has changed in the last decade and a half. They are actually pretty good now as they are far less bitter.

Brussel sprouts ARE delicious! Problem is that most people don't cook them correctly. They have to be roasted.
Preheat oven to 400f
Clean them
Cut them in half
Lightly coat with olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Roast for 35 min or until some of the leaves start to crisp, turning once during cooking
