    Big Love for the Group E - Rally cross Nitro RX series.. we need to see more legends back like Sebastien Loeb, M.Ekstrom, Ken Block, Tanner Foust.. just to spice things a bit ! ;0)

    You guys should really make up your minds on what the horsepower of these EV's are. One day it's 800hp the next day it's 1000hp.

      I think for any race car there is a margin that they can play with bhp & torque depending on settings and specially on the EV where the tune is made at the pit-boxes after each session thru a laptop, team mechanics set the car potentially between 600-1000 bhp (or whatever 800-1200)) depending of the out-put setting according to boss team tactic strategy & orders, if the car is set for lower bhp the battery consumption will be less drastic and car will overheat less it will go in full throttle for longer but when the full bhp output is set the battery may drain much faster the car will have the full potential at the start but because the full bhp is set the car overheats faster it may loose the speed after first lap which also depending of other factors like pilot skills, weather conditions, track condition slippery-wet, super-dry, gravel-mud overheating issues then top spot gained in full send on the first lap may be lost by the end of the course. And let's not forget about bumping, flat tires, broken rims.. etc.. ( Anyway do not quote me, i might be wrong so this is just my opinion based on what i see so far in electric racing series along with the X-treme E which is quite similar.. )

      @@πατριχορ Ever hear about Dyno-tuning ? (well that is for ice -cars).. for EV's a laptop/notebook/tablet connected to the cars chip-brain can do some power increase /decrease mods & other settings with a special software. Glad you laugh though..
