Isn't using "Forbidden droplet, Ra in it's Sphere Form, Ash and Maxx C, Kaiyu" a letdown? cause it's NOT part of the News deck so it's not really a Pure "Neos" Deck...
It really depends. Rainbow neos can wipe boards depending on what effect you choose and Armed neos if it atk a monster, during your opponents turn you can quickly use armed neos effect to bring out Cosmo neos to lock them out as well

Why is contrast chaos in the deck if you can't summon it?
Because I sometimes switched from my Rainbow Neos deck to my Armed Neos Deck
