El error lo da porque no están instalados todos los idiomas de comentarios y al aplicar el parche update 7 se pone archivos de voz que no existen. La solución es eliminar los archivos commentaryfull_ara_sa.toc y commentarylaunch_ara_sa.toc que están en Patch\Win32\
