I know this game is based off of Japanese myths, but why was there a fox spirit born with nine tails? It was believed that a fox is born with one tail, and every one hundred years, it grows a new tail and gains powers and becomes a spirit. I never heard of a fox spirit already being born with nine tails unless it's being was over a thousand years old before it was born. Which is unlikely
Okay I don't play the game but this story is similar to so many others across so many different cultures. Obviously all different but the gst is the same, so I never understood the general prejudice and hate of some ancient cultures. I would think such stories would be a warning against mindlessly hating what is different for wraith and death come from hate, but the opposite seems to be true instead. Anyone have an idea why this is?
Crystalia Luna seimei is a kitsune like tamamo tho ,-, one of the mask tamamo carries is from seimei’s mom. He took care of seimei as his own child after seimei’s mother passed away. Thats also the reason he doesnt destroy Heian when he knows Seimei lives there
