Hi Rutger, You just slacken the large chrome nuts (30mm I think) and then remove from both sides of the swingarm. Then unscrew the threaded pivot with a hexagonal Key, Screw it all the way out on both sides of the arm and then the washer should drop out and you will be able to lift off the swingarm with a bit of waggling. You might feel some resistance unscrewing the hex as it will be tight in the swingarm bearing. The 30mm nuts are difficult as there is very little clearance and you might need a thin walled socket to do the job. Let me know if this works and if this is the info you wanted.

      Hi mr Billgiles,
Thanks for the fast reaction. I can not get any movement on the 30 mil. I will keep on trying 😁

late to the party but lookin up the part number, GU35214300 finding a photo of it against a tape measure, and making a mask of the ID/OD to check against the measure in the photo is appears to have an ID of 15mm and a OD of about 22mm. Not sure what the measurements of yours were/are.

I should have ordered a new spacer once I had my suspicions but I didn't want to wait. Thanks for the info.

Clairecx. I just replaced the swingarm bearings on a V50 today . That same washer is on the rhs bearing. ... . As for the large chrome nuts ... well its difficult to find a tool that's fits . Lucky mine weren't too tight . I wonder what the torque setting is for these . . By the way! I like your videos.

Thanks for watching Claire. The book doesn't seem to give a torque reading for these but they have a lovely fine thread so once tightened they should stay that way. Just check them a few times over the first couple of rides out.
