      Thank you Zena. They are so much fun and fast to make. Did my verbal instructions make sense? I’m hoping to get a tutorial soon. I have one more week of a “shop-hop” at my workplace and then I’m off for about 3 months so I’ll have more time for videos, yay! 😊 Thanks for stopping by. I’d love to hear what you’re working on. See you again soon my friend. ❤

    Hello Christie! You inspired me to knit another Anker Tee by Petite Knit or possibly knit the Sunday Tee. This time I’ll be knitting with the Knitting For Olive Merino in Soft Blue. Have you knit the Sunday Tee? Thank you for another lovely podcast. Take care my friend. 🥰

      Hi Bobbi. I love the color you made your Anker tee. It turned out so pretty. I haven’t done the Sunday tee yet but I’ve been eyeing it. I just placed a decent size order from KFO along with their ribbed tee pattern and cannot wait for the yarn to arrive. I think I’ll have to make at least one Sunday Tee from this order, lol. Thanks for stopping by my sweet friend. HUGS 🤗

    Thanks Christie for so much inspiration. I adore your green Ankers. I want to knit that in the same colour. Those crochet bags are so cute, and will eagerly await your tutorial on how to make them. I live in NZ. We're in the middle of winter, and I'm knitting socks. I couldn't cope in temps of 110. Just thinking about it almost unbearable!!

      Hi Emma. Thank you so much for stopping by to visit with me and leave me a comment. I have to agree with you, the green Ankers is really great. It feels so good on too. I was just wearing it yesterday, lol. I just walked my pups this morning and it’s already 110F/44C. We are definitely in for a hot summer as it has just started. 🥵 I’ll get the tutorial posted real soon. Make your day a great one. 😁

      Hi Catherine! 😁👋🏼 I have to agree and they make up SO FAST! It only took me a day for each one. I can’t believe how fast crochet is verses knitting and I’m not even adept at crocheting, lol. I wrote the instructions in the description for easy reference but I forgot to mention the hook size that I used which was a 4.5mm. I hope to get the video made soon but really it’s so easy that if you know anything about crochet the instructions should be easy enough to follow. Oh, and thanks for the compliment on my hair. I’m not sure how long I’ll keep it long but I do enjoy being able to do ponytails every day, lol. How are you and hubby doing? HUGS 🤗

    Hi Christie, I just stumbled upon your podcast and loved it! Love your Ankers Tees, the colors are beautiful. I made one last summer and loved knitting it. Thank you for the yarn recommendations. I am looking to try new yarns that are not 100% merino wool. Where do you buy your knitting for olive yarn?

    • @ChristieArcher
      @ChristieArcher 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Saniya. 👋🏼 I’m so I excited to have you join my podcast. 😁 I really do love working with KFO yarns and I always buy directly from their website. The shipping costs are very fair and shipping time isn’t too bad. For me, it’s worth the wait and when I place an order I generally make it as large as I can, lol. I will say though, that if you’re in a hurry, Wool & Company in the US sells KFO. The cost per skein is a little higher but they don’t charge shipping and they ship really fast. Thanks for stopping by. I look forward to having you back again soon my friend. ❤️

    Hi Christie, I have bought the Anchor tee pattern and also live in a very hot climate. How do go with the merino silk in your hot climate? What do you prefer to knit with for the heat? I haven’t tried linen yarn left but I think I may try it soon. Like you it’s hot/warm most of the year so I like to knit summer garments mostly. I really enjoy your videos and look forward to more. Thank you 😊

      I totally understand how frustrating summer knitting projects can be. I think it’s one of the reasons I’m obsessed with the Anker Tee. It’s something that I actually wear and wear a lot and I really enjoy working with the KFO yarns. But I’ve knit a lot of summer items that just didn’t make it back to being worn after the first season. Sweaters and socks are always great to work on though. 😁

    Have you ever had your colors done?? Black is not your color. Its wearing you not you wearing it. If you had your colors done then you wouldn't knit garments in the wrong colorway. Carol Brailey doses a great job analyzing people's colors. She has many TH-cam videos to help you even analyze yourself. You might be a "Spring" if I had a quick guess, but you can drape yourself to getting an ideaof your season.
