Thanks 🙏. She got her green card in mail in about 30 days. To enter US you get an immigrant visa on your passport and you need to enter within 6 months from your medical.

When you go inside consulate you will again be asked which language you want to give interview in. You can choose whichever you are most comfortable in.

You are not allowed to take pen drive or phone. Just you need pics. If they need additional evidence they will let you know.

After I-130 petition is filed with USCIS you are in F2A if petitioner is green card holder at time of filing.

Sorry there is no practical expedition options. You can request for an emergency interview based on some extreme events which rarely given. Nowadays they are improving their timeframe for interview. So the time you Re DQ it may take 5-6 months for interview.

You don’t pay anything at your interview. You fees are already paid by your petitioner at time of filing DS-260 visa application.

If you are talking about a K1 visa (fiancé visa) then the process is little different then I-130. But your spouse files Immigrant petition after marriage then then the process and documents we discussed in our recent immigration videos shall be relevant to watch.

We will make a video about step by step from beginning about spouse visa journey. However, there is no document to show you are single. If the person get divorced then their divorce decree/judgment shall be needed and later marriage certificate for 2nd marriage.
