Considering they didn't even animate the last arc due to how unpopular the manga had become in Shounen Jump.... no way anyone is going to reanimate it, especially considering that the animation wasn't what cause Bleach's decline. Granted, Tite Kubo's artwork declined as he became burnt out, and his frames became less dynamic; but the anime suffered from his poor pacing and inadequate development of characters beyond great designs. Bleach was always more about "drawing cool stuff" for Tite Kubo, than it was about the storyline; once he no longer had passion for the drawing, the storyline was unable to support the franchise. As for the anime, it is simply too long to be economical to recreate with any significant improvement in animation. The animation quality was hardly lacking considering it's long length. Remember, more than technology, funding is what really enables quality animation--you may see it in a movie, but a weekly shounen series with hundreds of episodes? Naive.

Just the battles alone is worth watching it
