Problem with TATA is dealers attitude and service. Only R&D not helps TATA.
Dealers are very rude & their attitude is also very negative! Their manner of talking is like that they are the king of india and we customers are kingdom

Tata showroom employee like SBI bankers they treat like ki bhai customer koi kimat hi nahi. All tata cars made beautiful and safe but need to improve showroom employee need to humble to every customer.
Tata company has become like govt co.. showroom mein customer ki koi izzat nahin hi..service centre toh maasha allah ... Tata only liable till you buy.. After selling they turn face to other side..
Punch me altroz ka centre console lagake chipka diya. Jo dena chahiye tha wo nahi diya. Rear headrest adjustable dene chahiye the base se.
अभी कोई भी कार लेना गलत है. क्योंकी ईतना स्टॉक पडा हुआ है लेकिन प्राईस कम नही कर रहे है.
और २ महिना नही लोगे तो कंपनी खुद्द १ लाख रु. कम हो जायेगी.
Now Altroz has reduced price by 40 thousand which makes the price similar to punch. So pay 6-7k more and go for altroz whichis better than punch(if u don't care about ground clearance)
They should include 6 airbag :(

Punch new facia will come only after clearing the current stock. You can expect the new facia only after February not before that. Also the new facia will cost more than the current one.
