I used to love this game, although our copy froze every time it loaded the final level. There are a few ways you can get extra lives in this game like jumping on the tree from above in the first stage and I believe from jumping on the bird in the third stage. This and Karateka were my favorite childhood PC games though.
My recollection is that you can also get an additional diamond in the water spout level so you don't need to get it in the next level. Since I usually got lots of axes on that level, it was natural to collect an extra diamond as well.

I've been trying to remember this game we played around with in the 80s, and I don't think this is it, but its similar, any other game titles similar to this you can think of? I recall it being darker, like more purple and blue and black background.

К слову, хотя механика у игры именно от одно-экранной лабиринтной бегалки - тем ни менее в рамках этой механики и вот такой графики, она действительно похожа на фентези о Конане... чтоб в этом убедиться - достаточно присмотреться, как главный герой (Героиня!) добывает камни, помещает их на алтари, избегает драконов, кидает бумеранги, да и всё прочее, особенно в последней паре уровней... было интересно увидеть данное прохождение! Благодарю за всё показанное!!! P. S. Да и мультфильмы и фильмы о Конане хотелось бы мне глянуть через какое-то время опять, особенно после просмотра этого прохождения игры!
This game is very hard. i have spent a lot of time to study how to play and how to pass the level since there haven't internet and gaming strategy in 30 years ago. i still remember i am so existing when i know i need to jump into the bubble in Level 3 to pass the level.
you can hodl jump second screen, go straight through the first tree branch. Last level was the killer. 4th level the hump level. I played this a lot and came to be able to beat is quite at will.
