You did a great job. I also don't shampoo my hair after toner or color, for that matter. I don't think it's necessary and it definitely washes out some of the beautiful tone you just put in the hair! Then I leave my hair for as long as possible before I wash it again. Always works for me. I agree with you: bleaching is so nerve-wracking, but I kind of love it at the same time. The chemistry part of it is fun.
You’re not meant to condition before toning because the conditioner fills the cuticle leaving no room to deposit the colour. But your hair turned out perfect! 😍
Thank you!!!!!!! Someone else commented that a couple months ago, and I listened to them and changed my method. I think it helps SO much!!! Ever since I stopped conditioning before toner I feel like my overall tone is more even and it lasts longer. This is such a good tip and I really appreciate you looking out!!!! That being said I do have to change my toner next time . . . do you have a favorite, or a recommendation? xx
Looks amazing :) Have you thought of doing a seperat toner for the ends? In the video they look like they have a bit of an orange touch, maybe a (light) blue additive would help :)
I love your hair!! I also use wella kolestons special blonde, love them,I used 12/81 what shade did you use? I love your hair and your channel!! 👑💖☮🌻🌻🎉🎉
Thank you so much!!!!!!!! I am going to make an updated version soon and list all the products -- I'm exactly sure what my "recommended" products are yet because so much of this process was trial-and-error for me. But I can definitely recommend the BlondMe 9+++ (Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Lift 9+) -- this is a lightener with bond boosters inside so you don't need to use Olaplex with it. I tried a cheap bleach powder and I've tried this and I definitely feel this is better on my hair!!!
Don’t shampoo the toner out, after bleaching your hair is very clean lol. Don’t conditioner before toner, in my opinion. It is going to create a barrier. Tone and then rinse and condition and rinse again.
@@gemmaxj-9562 Thank you!!!!! I think I struggle with toner in general... :'( my latest round of toner came out . . . okay. Bleach technique keeps getting better and my toner is . . . hmmm
thank you!!! I have been using Wella Koelston Perfect 12/81 pearl ash and I think it was fine for a while but is actually a catastrophe for my hair. It really works and gets me nice and blonde but it's a high-lift color, not a toner, and it is super painful on my head. I think doing this was a mistake and I cannot recommend this toner. I am currently searching for something else because in the future I cannot do this combination any more. It hurts so bad.😢
Thank you so much!!!!😅 The toner is actually a mystery for the ages and I need to do a little digging to find out. I will make a followup video with specific products!
😍🤩☺️ you are the cutest 😩😩😩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ my camera really did go boom... it was tragiqúe. But Sony repaired it for me in under three weeks!!!!!! 👏🏻😏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 I was so happy and it made me realize how much I love my little cam 😩🥰☺️ I missed making videos
Thank you so much for asking!!!!! 😉☺️🥰 I actually want to make a whole video about my setup because I love my camera so much!!! I'm definitely a tech nerd and I would loveeeee to talk about my whole setup

Dang! Killing me with the slow mo hair flip! Your hair turned out great!!!
😩😍🥰🥰 omg thank youuuu I didn’t know my camera could do slowmo like that... I kinda think they did a firmware update while it was out for repair 🧐😏😏😏😏

Wow that's a great tip! Thank you!!! I'm getting ready to bleach again so I'll try no conditioner before toning
Wanted to comment the same. Toner directly after bleaching. Conditioner makes a barrier and leads to uneven coloring.
