As much as I would have liked to believe that the recent update of restricting the purchase of builder base materials with raid medals was an elaborate April Fools' prank, it seems that it is indeed a reality. It's a shame that such a restriction has been put in place, as it may hinder the progress and enjoyment of players who have worked hard to earn those medals
@@alman29812 nerf the hell outta free pass and golden pass and give all the upper hand rewards into the diamond pass which isn't even worth it. Did I also mention that the golden pass went up a dollar because of inflation. And the diamond pass is 12$. And what do they do with path of legends? They made it mega draft mode. Like hell what were they thinking. The only good thing to come in this update is season shop and even that can't save the update. We also can't have chests, gold and crowns from party mode anymore we can only get season coins. The update is for losers cause everyone loses.
Honestly I wouldn’t of known the builder materials were even in the raid medal shop if it wasn’t for this video as I never went on it other than to collect the mines and collectors, but of course the time I actually put in effort to get the sixth builder is when they remove this feature.
This comment could age well. :) Here's another one: what if the day/night cycle will actually be true, but for the correct time zones and you will be able to build single walls, just like in the main base? Half true, as in previous years. Let's see how this will age. ;)

They removed all obstacles that u used a shovel of obstacles on in recent days and moved them to your inventory for april 1st this year. I dont know if this was part of april fools and if other people really noticed but i had a heart attack.
I feel like theres some semblance of truth to the builder base 5 walls to 10 walls per unit thing, they could actually be changing it to single unit walls for builder base 2.0. But that's just a theory, a game theory!
imagine if you could activate geolocation on ur device and while you played clash of clans it had weather updates so if it was raining outside it would rain in game or if it was windy it would wind in game I think that and a day night cycle would be really cool

Im guessing the raid medal restriction being to force people to either farm or pay money for resources and to prevent more people from getting the 6th builder, to slow their progression, also to force them to pay.
