canto 4 taught me i needed better units
canto 5 taught me that i need to actually build my team
the only thing it teaches me that bullet is effective. especially when it involved poise. a lot of poise
Canto IV taught me reset stage is a viable option
canto 5 taught me that yes, i can use support units in combat
Canto 5 taught me that I need to stop using win-rate
i just beat the game using only random ids and it somehow worked

Also I'm pretty sure if you do kill Queequeg she just revives with half hp

I can't remember how I even killed these tree ngl
Focus down Starbuck as soon as you can; with any luck, you can stagger him on the first command phase and then schmurder his ass as your designated scapegoat gets destroyed by Ahab.
Once you do that, the rest of the trio should be relatively manageable - or, at least, won't instakill the rest of your group. Simply focus on Ahab while she's not hiding behind Queequeg; you only need to deplete Ahab's health to win the encounter.

@@cringerfilmmakerI dont know if its because I was trying to bring a gimmicky team instead of just using my best units, but for some reason 6-34 felt so much easier than 6-33 (dead rabbits boss). Those henchmen with their 49 offense level, those absurd envy skills, their sanity drain and the fact that if you kill one of them Heathcliff starts using Upheaval twice per turn made that fight so stupid. Not to mention his passive that deals pierce damage after every attack

-Me, 2 hours and almost 20 failed attempts into the boss fight refusing to read Quequeeg's mechanics
Quequeeg single mechanic is that you kill her first
I thought that was Starbuck's role as "the one you beat the shit out of first"
My brain: ok so Quequeeg will redirect all your attacks from Ahab after awhile, so you have to target her from the beginning so you can stagger her as soon as possible

@@gumebe4349 this is correct as starbuck is easily taken out and his assist attack coins are deadly, quequeeg will revive herself once so thats not viable.

me when starbuck uses the funny move
For me he didn't live past like turn 3. By the time Ahab used the funny "can't hit be bitch" move Buck was staggered, and by the next turn or two he was ded. I was running an envy team so there was a lotta pierce, but he does have a really high stagger threshold so he's easy to stagger anyways.
Starbuck just had to hit heads on all his coins and kill Faust on turn one

Both Ahab fights have been the only ones where i beat them on 3 sinners. Not even ricardo
Same, I almost died by the end of the first Ahab fight and the second one I won 2nd try because Sunshower and Dimshredder corroded at the same time and Ishmael couldn't die from them so she smacked Ahab in the face
Now we can see how a Pequod vs Pequod battle would go.
