DIY Rechargeable LED Torch make using PVC

- In this video I am going to show you how simple it is to make a Rechargeable Torch using PVC and several other materials that you can buy for few bucks.
Note: Avoid Soldering -ve and +ve leads to the 18650 Battery, as the cell will be damaged by heat. (Preferred method - Battery Spot Welder)
Required Materials:
1) 18650 Battery x1
2) 3V Super Bright Piranha LED (4pin) x4
3) TP4056 Charger Module x1
4) PVC 40mm to 25mm Reducer x1
5) 25mm PVC pipe 15cm
6) 25mm End Cap x1
7) Wires
8) Perfboard x1
9) On/Off Switch x1
10) LED Reflector with front cover

add a series resistor to limit the current to the leds or they wont last long @4.2 volts - the upper limit to an 18650 fully charged

Construction idea is good. but it's not recommended to lit the LEDs directly from 3.7v cell as it will damage the LEDs soon due to high current drain. better to use at least a series resistance. Best to use a suitable low voltage CC led driver

That powerbank module have a step up converter so the output is 5v (voltage for charging a phone) you need to add resistors because LED s will heat and eventually burn out
I think thats not a powerbank module, thats a lithium battery charger, and the output is 4,3 volt, cmiiw 🙏

You choose wrong led for this reflactor you can make more powerful then this.

In a hardware store, home Depot, even in Ikea You can get those materials, they re pretty cheap
