Can someone achieve liberation from tantra without self enquiry where we go the source of I until we get I I which is consciousness itself where thought merge into self so there is pure awareness and true silence but why enlightened people don't focus on energy healing but people are healed but they are not aware of that energy .So J krishnamurthy , Ramana , Nisargadutta never told to focus on energy but focus on silence , stillness and focus on to silence the mind so aayush Sir could you please explain on self enquiry process .
