- The continuation of the Mega-Project which leads from Dagupan City all the way to NR#55 in Lingayen.
This project connects to the turnpike at the DeVenecia Extension In Dagupan City, crosses the Agno River with a bridge (yet to build) to Brgy Calmay.
From there it will transcend as an elevated-ground-level 4-lane Highway all the way to Brgy BIEC, Binmaley. It will continue to the soon to be finished connection to Lingayen which is being constructed as we speak.
What an exciting project that hopefully overcomes the daily floodings in Brgy Carael and Brgy Calmay.
More updates are to come as the project progresses in the months to come.

+BACKTRAXX REMIX hi, yes … in how many decades the LGU in Dagupan relented to the boating lobby and didn’t build even a footbridge to Brgy CALMAY. Now it’s becoming soon a reality. Thank you for subscribing - you will now be always be notified for updates. … jAKE :-)
Good news to us Dagupeños and Pangasinense folks. Going to Binmaley and Lingayen is now easier and faster.
Thanks for your video, I only realized now how beautiful the geographical location of Dagupan is- a Venice-like city in the middle of expansive fishponds ringed by a very long white beach from Lingayen up to the north. The officials of Dagupan should be conscious of the potentials of Dagupan, they should emulate Iloilo which created esplanades along its many rivers. As it is, Dagupan is very topsy-turvy, they should try to organize it & try to gentrify it, all the other cities especially in the South are doing so. They should relocate the ramshackle houses along the river. Dagupan could stand out because of it's geographical beauty, it could be a tropical Venice amidst the fishponds- don't waste it.
