At this point like why is the imperial staff and flarebloods and the krysiger legendary if they got 0 special effects. They only got extra crits and thats basically it. No special effects on m1 or anything. Their scalling also is shit for their extra stat. Wyrmtooth isn’t a legendary so I do not see the reason they still are.
The crit was putting the weapon in its form (kinda bad) and now it got gutted to the ground. Railblade before by itself did no dmg and the crit was very good and also very easy to parry (if you are not boosted) and now the nerfs made the weapon straight up trash, the enchants dont even help at all, what, are you gonna put like tears of edenkite, when the enemy is knocked down he can parry the orbs once he gets back up? And yes, you can maybe combo of the knockdown but the endlag or the end of the animation (little fire atack in the ground variant) and even the distance travelled in the aerial atack makes the weapon bad and unusable, same as lft. Some cool weapons got gutted to the ground and are just a downgrade for your build, since you could use another better weapon, the weapon was fine if you had more than 5 braincells to parry the crit at the right time

only unreasonable nerf I’ve seen so far is changing lft crit progression, don’t even care abt new reqs (though scaling needs some tweaking cus it does like 40% less damage now)

Edenkite only hits against bots.The crit knockdown isn't long at all. If you can't combo extend off it, what makes you think the bubbles would be able to? It's simply not a true combo. Might as well run Solar or Nemesis.

I absolutely agree that the weapon was poorly designed with the crit being the centre of its power. The m1s are pretty standard, it has a 0.68 swing swingspeed and deals around 37 damage at 90 heavy which is bad in retrospect. They should’ve made the railblade follow other legendaries by giving it an actual gimmick/ talent as opposed to a 1 bar hyperarmor comboable crit.

lft gets their enchants removed early, DESTROYED BY MAKING IT LIGHT WEAPON reeeeeeally later when everyone made builds without light wep. Then weapon that from the start was unenchantable gets nerfed + given enchants reeally later after everyone accepted it wont have enchants and there were no warning about these changes and i guess both going to be reverted somehow
It was not one of the strongest, it was just very flexible cause of its 1 scaling stat, if you can't parry a railblade crit you must actually rethink your life purposes
