- Squad Busters Healers are a troop I always see people picking, But you really don't need them...
In Todays Squad Busters a video, a game by supercell the makers of Brawl Stars, I'm going to be playing the game without dedicated healers (Pam, Medic & Battle Healer). The reason for that is because you don't actually need to use healers in order to win your games.

And this is why I think dedicated healers are not important!
Trader at Classic Form = Heals Squad from gems
Mavis at Super Form = Heals Squad from carrots
Penny at Super Form = Drops hearts that heal squad
Greg at Ultra From = Drop Hearts from trees (not f2p friendly tho)
Heavy Classic = Heals himself
Shelly Classic = Heals herself
King Super = Heals himself
Queen Super = Heals herself
El Primo Ultra = Heals himself
Tank Ultra = Heals herself
Wizard has a chance to get heal spells
miner self heals at super.
Yeah I can see why healers are kinda useless now
also fusion makes the characters back to full health

We are getting maps as per the latest unlocked world. I am getting more beach maps as I am in beach world
Medic fusion is actually clutch in combat, it makes a huge difference when battling a larger or equal squad.
Imagine you had a fusion ice wizard instead?

You forgot to mention Trader. He heals the squad as well.

I'd like to see more tips videos that apply to different points in progression. I'm at a point where all my commons and most of my rares are super, and a few epics are getting there, but ultras are months away, and the strategies tend to feel fairly different.
I think depends on the game mode. Angry vines I feel like you need a healer because there’s not a lot of things to kill and you need to attack each other. Pam saved me yesterday because 2 squads came up to me but when they saw my healing station they left. Got 1st in that game

Hey claz I noticed many people are hating on the game and the squad busters creators in general I would like to ear your thoughts in a video which would be different but also more serious, you could educate yourself on the situation on reddit or other social medias and give us your opinion about the squad busters situation I would appreciate if you did so.
healers should generally be a reactive choice than a proactive choice, they don't add much if you are in the top 3 and not low on health on any units. However I love Pam for zone control with double heal fields
If units didn't heal outside of healers they would be very useful. But the fact there'd heals all over the battlefield. And people self healing does make it sorta useless. Sometimes they can make you hard to kill tho
The bizzare situation is each upgrade of Heavy beyond Classic form, has some upgrades to heal (Super - increased max shooting speed makes heal prop a bit faster, and Ultra you know already, even more healing to already good heal), I wish Heavy was used more in meta though
It’s not a waste even at 3 star the troop self heal is minimal. If someone sees u have missing hp on ur troops they attack u right away. It’s not as easy to tell who is stronger when both have large squads.
I personaly only pick 1 healer or 1 fusion healer,because their ability affect all units so just 1 of them are fine
I thing u need a pam on angry vines tho bcz there is havoc in the mid and if u camp especially with a fused pam turret you are unkillable

Being healers is actually a secondary rol that some units like Mavis, Penny or Trader get when they are upgraded in some point, but, is still the fact that Pam and Medic don't work too well, once most of your units have 3 stars they become barely useful, they should be good on their main rol, but they aren't. I mean, Pam can save you in some ocation, and Medic is good on early and mid-game.
Battle Healer is the only one that is really good on her main rol as healer, because of her ability and her sinergy with range units (these units usually have low hp). But she isn't really essential most of the time.
Edit: Obviously with Ultra units they are almost useless, but trust me, there are better strats to do even if you don't have tank girl, and battle healer is a better a option.
Yes, Medic can give you some better interactions, but tell me that when a squad with Tank appears and start to destroy any of your units in one-shot (or leave them with a so small bar).

You should try to get two megas in one game. I did it one time.
I believe that you shouldn't pick healers only if you are too progressed in the game. Having too many abilities to heal kinda kills the healer's role.
Not really if you think abt it bc he 4 star every character or least close to it so it’s different for him bc he most likely only going against a handful of 4 star characters. With me I go against them and the only way I live is by having healers.

I have a genuine question about the game. I’m 100% free to play since the launch of the game. I’ve played 743games and only have 236 wins. My top 3 are decent but I haven’t unlocked any new troops meanwhile my girlfriend who is also free to play has 5 more characters than me and played 390 games? I don’t get the drop rates at all

If you have ultra units then yes maybe but if you have super units then you have to pick healer troops

Healer are a good idea just one makes the squad that much better I have ran Greg, maves, and Pam with Colt and Shelly. It sounds like a big squad but not really it's a medium if I get some other troops like doctor T or something then it gets interesting.

Yeah if they are ULTRA wich is impossible as f2p right now maybe after 3 years and still hearts are pretty much useless since u can only get them from farming but ur not really taking damage if ur only farming

Is it worth to unlock a character by buying that character from the shop by saving up coins? Since it is very very rare to unlock a new character
In my opinion, no. but if you are gonna buy one the best would be hog rider probably as it's the most game changing troop (king and tank you could if u really want)

@@xigarrett But you might not get a new character in all those chests. Also, some of my chests are getting skipped now even though I haven't unlocked Ultra for even 1 troop, so I believe a surefire way to unlock characters is by buying it from shop
Yes, i play since the first Beta Day and only got recently my first Epic of an Chest, Epics are way too rare, i bought Battle Healer and Max for coins, was soooo worth it

Bro, the first game you said you had no healers in your squad, but the trader heals you everyrime he gives you gems when he's upgraded.
Trader isn't a healer, he's a farmer. This video isn't a "challenge" video it's just me not using dedicated healers. hopefully that makes sense.
@@SirClaz I know, but you were sitting there claiming you were at full health the whole time because the game was giving you heals. when the trader was more the reason why your squad was at full health after you added him. In the end, the trader is one of the best healers in the game, even if that isn't his intentional use because not only does he give you gems, he heals you at the same time.

@@bstheflimar6557 he also talked about every other troop in his squads ability to heal themselves or the squad except for the trader in his squad. then claimed his squad was at full health because the game gave him so many heals. but failed to mention that the trader was actually playing a huge part in the reason his squad was sustaining full health.

This isn't a challenge video, it's supposed to be more of a "don't use healers" so troops that have the healing logo.
