    Yep I've searched that site up and down for the past 2 weeks and honestly it seems almost too good to be true lol. I cannot see myself spending four or five thousand dollars more for a system that has no more than these do, once you add the goodies and upgrades.... I'm making my purchase next week and will be using code dirty. Just doing basic math in my head without code I'm getting pretty much everything I want for like 2 grand that is insane I'm super pumped thanks bro

      Smokey TheBeast your welcome and just remember to use safely and hope you get all the equipment you need for the set up you want and be warned it can be fun and addictive (the extracting that is)

      dirtybongwater grows meds oh I know that all too well my friend.I'm already six or seven grand invested. And in about a week it'll be my second year anniversary making oil lol. I have an active system right now but it really sketches my family out and its small so I needed to upgrade that anyway. so ya I have pretty much sold it out in parts. Not to mention that these systems can be run both ways which is handy, whenever they come out with a legit oilless pump for under 4 grand . But yeah I'm telling a lot of people to check that site out, lot of cool s*** on there for good prices like that cold traps a good deal. And my first vacuum chamber was a best value and hell I still have that thing kicking around somewhere. So yeah now that I've rambled for 10 minutes bottom line is I'm excited to try something new,and not have to worry about pump contaminants or exploding pumps is a huge plus as well. I'll be posting a video after I have it and do a run. I really want to see how well that dewaxing column works in comparison to a funnel and flask. Or winterizing.

    Can you make a video on how to fill the solvent tank with butane or whatever solvent you use? Thanks.

    • @dirtybongwater4678
      @dirtybongwater4678  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Brandon Cabral sure will try heres a tip get your tank at full vac but as cold as you can get then gently warm your cans (if butane) not hot but use a warm wash cloth and wrap around the can and it will help the butane go in the tank. if I dont remember please remind me but should make one real soon

    Hey dirty, you've answered some of my previous questions about a couple subjects, and have proven to be reliable in your advice. On that note, I have another question maybe you could help me with. I have a 2.5lb BVV closed loop passive extractor with dewaxing column. I've used it a few times w/o any problems. I've had a problem the last two times though. I've got a ball valve. I have it closed, pump about half of my butane in (5-6lbs) let it soak for five minutes, then dump it through. Then I close the ball valve again, pump the rest of the butane in (well, it goes in, not pumping it) and then I let it soak for five minutes and do a second dump. Each time a great deal of fluid comes through, but on my last two attempts, after this process is over, I closed the ball valve, and went on to recover the butane into the recovery tank. When I'm about done and I want to crack the whole thing open, I find that there is still a great deal of butane in the upper chamber. So much in fact that if I open up the top column towards the bottom butane dumps out of it. I'm trying to figure out why that butane isn't coming through to the bottom chamber after the 2nd soak. Am I just not letting it sit long enough? I watched it this last time for about 15 minutes and didn't see a single drop falling through the inline clear viewing thingy after the initial dump. I figured I was good but still had a ton of leftover butane when I was all done. Perhaps it needs to sit for longer than 15 minutes? Otherwise I'm not really sure what I'm doing differently on this run from my first several runs. Any advice you have would be appreciated!

      bobthemackerel1 sounds like your getting a ton of lipids and stuff on the filters which is good but can lead to some to be locked out in the column above the valve. you can either add some warm water to the dry ice sleeve or close the valve on column and ball valve break the bottom half down and clean out what you have put it back together then try another pull. i would either add warm water to the sleeve or wait for dry ice to be gone and add water and wrap heating pad around the column. what ever you do please be safe and always try to keep it simple

    Hey i have a couple questions c :
    I assume co2 extraction in a closed loop extractor is much different then under supercritical co2 extraction right? Would one be able to use BHO or Propane safely in a lab using a closed loop extractor without a fire or explosion hazard?

  • @TheButtshd

    Why is that last part necessary ? Can't u just empty the tank on the column?
