    Would you mind if I ask you a question?
    timing = 4:40.
    'I am now the point person, for the new payment method, which involves palm reading for payment in our stores.'
    In this sentence the phrase 'palm reading', in our indigenous country, means 'palmistry', I don't feel somewhat make sense, is this phrase appropriate? Wouldn't the word 'palm' be 'fingerprint'/card/other?

    Can we use though at the end

    • @EnglishEasyPractice
      @EnglishEasyPractice  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, it is possible to use "though" at the end of a sentence in English, but it's more common to use it at the end of a clause or phrase within a sentence.
      "Though" is a conjunction that is used to indicate a contrast or concession between two ideas. It can be used to introduce a subordinate clause, and it is often used in informal speech or writing.
      Here are a few examples of how to use "though":
      "I'm not very good at math, though." In this sentence, "though" is used to indicate a concession, or a contrast between the speaker's skill level and their overall ability.
      "He's really smart, though he never went to college." Here, "though" is used to introduce a subordinate clause that provides a contrast between the subject's intelligence and his lack of formal education.
      "It's raining outside, but I'm going for a run anyway, though." In this example, "though" is used to indicate a concession or contrast between the speaker's desire to go for a run and the weather conditions outside.
      "She's a great athlete, though she's had some injuries in the past." This sentence uses "though" to introduce a contrast between the subject's athletic ability and her history of injuries.
      Note that "though" can also be used in the middle of a sentence or at the beginning of a clause. Its position in a sentence depends on the intended meaning and the writer or speaker's stylistic choices.

    Would you mind if I ask you a question?
    timing = 12:08.
    I think the animation makes it easier to make the movie exciting, while the live actors make it 'relatable'.
    The word 'relatable' defines as 'Able to be related to something else, connected with' in our indeginous dictionary.
    Collins dictionary defines 'relatable' as 'If someone or something is relatable, you feel an emotional connection with them.' but if I upload some comment involving the word 'relatable', 'relatable' would be underlined with red waved line. usually this warning sign would imply some defects/misspelling. Would you mind if I ask about 'relatable'? Please teach me the reason of red underline if you wouldn't be annoyed.

    Very nice channel in TH-cam 👍!
    I learning English, I'm beginner and sorry my English. But I have an idea for your animation. Why when personages are pause they mouth is open? It's not smile it's open mouth. Will be good if they are really smiling, if they mouth full white teeth.
