You could make season-2-golden-Lloyd-style golden versions of all of the Ninja, or perhaps suits for Arin, Sora, and Wyldfyre for the older seasons! Would love to see how you’d interpret those. Sora’s BAM torso might be good for tournament robes.
one thing i may suggest for Chamile is give her a masked hood along with random hair pieces because since she is Master of Form, she can disguise herself. and i came up with the idea that for some reason, she became wanted, and would hide her appearance when not in disguise, so just use a star wars luke jedi master torso, black arms, black hands, and black legs along with the aforementioned masked hood. i use BrickLink Studio for many of my ideas in hopes that one day, i’ll have the money to order the pieces i need

harry potter characters as ninjas, would be interesting, especially if the glow in the dark pieces used in the dark forest set, end up being used. like the stems of the mushrooms in combination with the colored power pieces used in some of the sets, like the monkey kid series and what showed up in the marvel hero series of sets.
I love all of the customs! There is a face that I think could work a little better for Dr. LaRow is the one from the jetpack lady from the hidden side el fuego stunt plane but if you think that yours works better then its okay! Cool figs! Loved the video!
In terms of the Young Wu, I think the second Lloyd head we got from Rebooted to Hands of Time looks much more like young Wu than even Lloyd (I really don't like this old head for Lloyd)

What kills me with oni garmadon, is that the print on the oni mask piece itself is skewif 90% of the time, it really gets my OCD going. Really dont like it when printing is off center.
I think that the origin ninjas and the Lili minifigures are the best.
