107/140 so far. For 139, i am strongly on A. If, during assessment of current budget and schedule, PM finds that they are not doing well then C does not makes sense. Option C only makes sense assuming that project is well on schedule and cost, which can only come from A
@@fransyudhab.8823general answer hands down. Take the PMI practice test. There are questions like 139 with specific answers but answering generally with the mind set will do you much better.
@@66IsTheBig Imagine doing all the work in C, hoping for a modest increase in scope and budget, only to discover that it can't be included in the project as it is already super over budget and tremendously behind schedule. Therefore, better to do A before going to C.
Question 135. ladies and gents!!! Customer Collaboration of Contract Negotiations! Often Times make some of your clients a part of your Development team just to bounce back ideas and seek insight!!
I disagree with the explanation for question 140. The question ( last sentence) specifically mentiones two practices and team performance which points to common Agile practices, well defined by the way. The first part of the situation description may have been distracting here. In my opinion, if these are the answers, the question itself should be worded in such a way that it somehow connects to the first part of the situation description with the specific question to be answered (btw, my score 8/10 :)
140 seems a bit off…shouldn’t the project manager help the “team” embrace a mind of flexibility and willingness to adapt project shifts? Why is it just the project manager. In fact the better answer must be C because you are doing it as a team because our lessons learned allow us to be flexible. 7/10. Also got 139 as A, I think of these answers can be whimsical. I see a lot of inconsistencies in PMIs own practice tests that do not always align. Even PMI practice test gets stakeholder engagement plan mixed up with stakeholder register. If a stakeholder stops working the project do we update the stakeholder register or the stakeholder engagement plan? PMI said stakeholder register for one answer when the resource was sick but another answer when the stakeholder can no longer be involved the answer is stakeholder engagement plan. Ummm why do we update the entire engagement plan if stakeholder is not available. Seems like the register should be updated. Again this is a bit whimsical not necessarily consistent with definitions in PMBOK.😅
ChatGPT answer:🤔🤷♂️ In Project Management Professional (PMP) practices, if a stakeholder is unavailable, you would typically update the stakeholder register to reflect this change. The stakeholder register is a document that identifies all stakeholders, their information, interests, involvement, and impact on the project. Updating this document helps ensure that all team members are aware of the stakeholder's availability and can plan accordingly.
When it says " one project team member " then why the reflective pronoun is used as " their " instead of "his" i.e.a singular number ?? This I have seen in many other exercise questions .....
I wrote my exams on 14th Dec, used your materials to study and passed my exam on first attempt. Thank you!
Used your materials and videos to study and passed my exam on first attempt. Thank you Andrew!
Thanks for these set of questions. Looking forward for the next set.
Thanks Andrew some question were really challenging

@Andrew , pertaining to this, what is the best, general answer or specific answer?

He told you " it needs just a MODEST increase on both budget et schedule " if he says that a significant change in budget then it would be A

For question 139 I would still go with option A
Yup. I agree. You do A first, then you do C.
Yes. I agree. Because it is done first.
9/10 😊
10 out of 10
8 out of 10
8/10
The last one was tricky.
I thought the best answer is A for Question137.

Hi , I get all these answers correct. But when I gave exam last month, I did not pass. Not sure what went wrong though.

Why is embracing a mindset by yourself better than doing something that engages the team like a retrospective?
I am still confused in 139 why A is not correct...isnt A to be done first?
Cannot understand 140. I thought the question was about team performance and project fluidity.
