I don't have the IHC cars anymore because of the horn hook couplers, I didn't know Kadee made a conversion kit for them. Thank you for the how to video......now we know how to handle the conversion.

Good demo JD. I use a pair of very pointed tweezers to hold them tiny screws

Great video! And the timing is fantastic. I have some of the IHC passenger cars that I need to convert to kadee's. Have not decided if I want to do this conversion or try to body mount the couplers. Thanks for the video.
