Hey Liana, you are an amazing person. I have some issues... Well mental health. I have anxiety and I have ADHD, whenever I feel bad about something, I watch your videos. You make me feel better. I love you so much. I get very uncomfortable in public places. When I come home from a mall or shop ,I feel horrible and I cry and I just don't feel safe. I know how it feels to not know who you are anymore. You are doing so well and you are an awesome mom. Thank you for always making me feel better.

Liana, are you getting mental health support? I'm worried for you, it seems like your mood has been low for quite some time. I have struggled with depression my entire life and I know The Look. It's more than new mom tiredness. Post partum mood disorders are super duper common and there is help if you want it. Genuinely wishing the best for you and keeping you in my thoughts. ❤

I feel totally validated with Liana also finding herself again after having Koazy. It's been 7 months for myself and I still can't find myself. It's so hard because people tell me "aren't you happy with your baby?" As if because I don't know who I am anymore means I don't love my son. I love my baby boy with all my heart. Hearing that, especially from loved ones, makes it even harder to deal with. Thank you Liana for being open and honest about how it feels to be a new parent. I don't feel alone. And Koazy is absolutely precious you have a beautiful family. Merry Christmas. 💕
I have 3 children (the youngest is 11 months now and the eldest is 7 and a half yr old) and I'm still yet to find myself and my style again

I too felt the same after my Son was born. I can't even remember when I finally got my groove back. Moms are amazing and beautiful and work 24/7; always thinking about their child's welfare.
Definitely not alone my eldest is 10 and my youngest is 4 and I've yet to fully find myself, I have some no child hobbies now that's about it lol

I absolutely love the way you don’t care about how untidy you are unlike other TH-camrs with 4/5 kids with a immaculate house & I just think that they must clean & tidy everything before every single video because it’s not possible to have children & have nothing out of place not even a toy in sight, I just love how genuine you are & show the reality of being parents & your house is lived in just like mine with two kids it’s always clean & always untidy in some part of the house, I would literally be chasing my tail trying to keep my house looking stunning 24/7 it’s just not possible, so thank you guy’s for keeping it real, & seeing koazy is making me wish mine were that age again I miss having a big chunky baby around always smiling like him 😊

I really enjoy watching Liana be so open and honest about finding yourself after becoming a mother. My son is 3 and I’m still struggling with that so thank you for bringing us along on this journey!
My little guy is 3 also and I am just now trying to find me again... I also have a 17 year old daughter but her and I kinda grew up together fr fr.. but yes we all struggle but as long as the kids are coming first and everyone is healthy you're good!
I think part of it is because you literally do change. You will always be the person you always have been, but before you was a mum you were just you and only you. After becoming a mum your little ones become an extension of yourself and we put looking after them before ourselves. Mine are 6 and 8 now. Not only have I just not got the time like I did before becoming a mum, but I’m now 8 years older than the 20 year old that first got pregnant. I will never be the teenager I was before motherhood and that’s ok.
I had my daughter a year ago and I still feel lost I mainly wear lounge clothes cause I’m a SAHM but wearing the clothes I used to don’t feel like they used to. I know a lot of moms have issues losing weight but since I’ve had her I’ve lost all the baby weight plus some and now I’m having issues fitting my pre pregnancy clothes and fitting things the way I used to. And gaining weight is a whole other issue. It’s nice to feel like you’re not alone in your journey of feeling like your self again.

Lilianna, my son will be 22 in February. I remember the days when my son was Koazy’s age, I also felt that way, that I absolutely LOVED being a new mom, wouldn’t changed anything about it. Yet I had lost a part of myself, he was an unexpected honeymoon baby. I got pregnant not a week into our marriage. Life can for sure give you curve balls, the unexpected miracle that makes your life better than you ever dreamed.
You will find you again, you will. Time will make all this easier. With all changes in life, comes a period of adjustment. As my late sister used to say, this too shall pass. This is the case in so many aspects of life, she was right.
In regards to not knowing yourself since being immersed into motherhood, there’s a term called Matresence. Have a read about it, It’ll help you understand your feelings ❤️ I’m 24 years old with a 5 week old and I totally understand how you’re feeling 🥰

I usually wear colors like pink, brown and beige and those are my comfort colors I'd go for colors that you feel safe in once you have tried most of the colors,

Liana, if it helps, I've had the same style (well pretty much🙂) since I was 20 and I'm 34 now and a mum of 7. I've always been drawn to hippie/pretty clothes, like dresses and boho patterns. I don't think it's so much about finding a colour than it is to feeling comfortable with a style. And I just feel like your clothing style should be pretty and fun and daring and colourful at times :) it suits your personality! Lots of hugs 💕
