No, Ukraine is still the same size it was in 1991. The part occupied by russia is currently growing larger every day, by about 0.01%. At this rate, russia will occupy all of Donetsk oblast by 2116. Putin won’t live much longer because he is old and in poor health (probably related to the fact that he is such a short little man) and nobody in the russian elite wants to continue this asinine war. Of course, russia’s poor economy is already circling the drain… the RF’s days are very numbered… maybe even in the double digits.
