Super's animation is good when it wants to be. You see the quality clearly drop within episodes. And yea the art style just seems to colorful or something. Not gritty enough. The the recent movies looked good.

The only thing that is really dumb is how the fuck they made him in hell. I mean you probably need some kind of laboratory and tools to do it. Maybe Gero made it a secret since he was in hell for a long time by now which still doesn't make much sense because he needed some tools to build it anyway.

These power levels are quite accurate. I Watched another video about Frieza's race power levels and it said Meta-Coola was around 800 000 000. Meta Coola was strong enough to easily take down Piccolo fused with Kami (which was at the same level as 17). Therefore Meta-Coola is as strong as Imperfect Cell and 16.

Dude, Cell in my opinion should have a power level of atleast 1.5 - 3 Billion in his base form without any training since he does have Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Piccolo, King Cold and Gohans DNA. But when it comes to super perfect Cell, he should have a power level of 25 - 75 Billion without any training!
Now to start off. I did read your comment about where you found the "Power levels." But I do find a small problem. In the Dragon ball universe there has been a major consistency. If you were within 90% of your opponents power you could put up a decent fight. If you were within 80% you could at the very least hold your own and get some decent punches in. 75% is when the lower powered fight starts getting dominated. And less than that is usually when the more powerful fighter could simply destroy/ kill the lower powered fighter with extreme ease. So when Cell is fighting Android 17 and Piccolo, he should have been much stronger than those two. Now your website that you recommend everyone check out, while knowledgeable , is still a fansite. These power levels are quite accurate. I Watched another video about Frieza's race power levels and it said Meta-Coola was around 800 000 000. Meta Coola was strong enough to easily take down Piccolo fused with Kami (which was at the same level as 17). Therefore Meta-Coola is as strong as Imperfect Cell and 16.
I agree with these just the amount of 0's in each one need to be cut down. like 300 trillion is a bit much.

Dude, Cell in my opinion should have a power level of atleast 1.5 - 3 Billion in his base form without any training since he does have Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Piccolo, King Cold and Gohans DNA. But when it comes to super perfect Cell, he should have a power level of 25 - 75 Billion without any training!
Now to start off. I did read your comment about where you found the "Power levels."
But I do find a small problem.
In the Dragon ball universe there has been a major consistency. If you were within 90% of your opponents power you could put up a decent fight.
If you were within 80% you could at the very least hold your own and get some decent punches in.
75% is when the lower powered fight starts getting dominated.
And less than that is usually when the more powerful fighter could simply destroy/ kill the lower powered fighter with extreme ease.
So when Cell is fighting Android 17 and Piccolo, he should have been much stronger than those two.
Now your website that you recommend everyone check out, while knowledgeable , is still a fansite.
