In a lot of typical English style homes, there's a conservatory near the back or on the side and I think that would be such a fitting addition! You could turn that into Hazel's office or you could turn it into a little flower arrangement room.
Multiple houses on one plot of land is normal for farms. Most farms are too big for just the family to tend too in real life so they hire farm hands who actually live on the property with their families and have generations of just working for that family. So having Trenton and Hazel building their own house somewhere on the lot for their own family is a great idea.

Owning multiple lots is literally my biggest wish for sims... Being able to build and then rent or sell houses, and maybe a real estate agent career, or/and a mechanic where you can tour houses before buying them... like a full real estate game pack would be my dream 😭
Being able to purchase and get revenue from rental lots would be awesome. The profits could be tiny but it would just be such a cool thing to own a summer cabin you rent out for others to offset costs whenever you're not there yourself!
If dream home decorator had been an expansion pack this could have all worked together! Like you have the interior decorator career, and you could also have like a house flipper career where you buy run down lots and renovate them, selling for a profit or renting them out. Of course being allowed to own multiple houses and either rent them out, or have them as like a second holiday home for your Sims. That would be so cool!
Hazel should furnish the rest of the house, and I guess she should have a painting room, maybe in a sunroom or something like that. I think that would be lovely
Hazel definitely needs her own space, like a sun room or a conservatory where she can paint and cross stitch. As for the house, you could do a "modern" extension, lots of farmhouses have them as the original buildings are so pokey. Or do a "barn conversion" where Trenton and Hazel would have renovated an old barn on the farm to gave their own space.
In terms of Rags to Riches at the end there is almost always that big mansion they can now afford and proof with it that they "made it". I always thought in this LP it would make sense at the end to have a big british countryside manor. It would fit in with the garden and the greenhouse. Maybe Hazel and Trenton can have one side (or wing) of it and Chaz lives in the other.
As a farm kid - multiple dwellings are super common on family run properties. I think giving the new couple a studio in the back of the property makes sense. E.g. a renovated "shed". Or at least renovate the house so they have they have their own wings in the current house.
I love how James’ LPs always take unpredictable turns. Like, after the last LP, if you asked me what the next episode would be, Trenton going to space would not have been on the list.
Maybe one of the houses on Hazel’s lot can be turned into a farm to table style restaurant! Serving wholesome pub style meals! That would be really cool ☺️
This was my thought as well. Definitely would go over well in L.A.! If you put their farm produce into the restaurant kitchen, will the chefs use it? That’s the only reason I didn’t suggest it, I don’t know if the meals would actually use and benefit from the high quality farm goods.🤷🏻♀️
@@tinnie75 I don't really see Chaz wanting that big house anyways. I think that is why he and Trenton have not really used all the room upstairs, because they don't feel the need to live large. Chaz seems like he likes being outside more anyways and they didn't even have a TV for ages so in my mind it would totally make sense that Chaz would ask for a studio-apartment reno from Hazel in a barn or something, as long as it's near the animals and has room for dogs.

Covid has been tearing up my household since the first week of Auguste. Not long after, I discovered your LP. Did anyone else notice Hazel swiped a set of salt & pepper shakers and a table and chairs while at the restaurant? At 6:32 she runs in and swipes the set of salt & pepper shakers off the outdoor table, while Trenton and Hazel are sitting at their table chatting at 7:21 a sim in a green top walks by and swipes the salt & pepper shaker off of their table, at 10:31 Hazel runs back to the table she swiped the salt & pepper shakers from and takes the table and chairs. Lots of thievery going on at this restaurant.
Huge "well done" to the person who suggested turning the store into a gift shop, they are absolutely right, little touristy villages like this *always* have a gift shop!!
Would love if you went into CAS off camera (so you don’t get as stressed) to give Hazel a country style make over as well as maybe taking a bit more time on the guys. Maybe a farming outfit for each season or warm/cooler weather everyday working outfits? Since you’re attached to these Sims, I think you’d do great taking their personalities and such into account if you aren’t feeling pressured filming. You did amazing with the Seasons family as well as Bob and Trash.
Hazel should get into the things that Chaz and Trenton didn’t have time to do. Juice fizzing, cross stitching, knitting, robotics? I don’t know if she should get back into painting again because maybe she’s moved on from that stage or lifestyle? And sell the things at the store or at the table! Also maybe turn the unfurnished rooms to Hazels office and Fae Fae’s room! Or turn the boys office into Hazels office for more room, then change the two rooms to the boys separate offices!

Hey James, I'd second getting that normal coop idea, or just getting normal chickens in Hencatraz because I would really like to see you do more canning and simple living cooking! It seems fascinating, and you haven't done too much of it yet! Also, you have to click in thr dog you have a good relationship with and then go to 'encourage to mate' and click the other dog! For renovations, perhaps a conservatory in the back? It would be a nice place to sit, and Hazel can paint in the sunlight! Could you redo the terrain paint now that everything has shifted? Also I don't think you need to build another office when there are empty rooms upstairs? You could put a dog bed in one of them so Hagrid can snooze in there while Hazel works?
I think keep the hencatraz chickens all evil chickens. Perhaps they could get a third coop for a few normal chickens and now that Chaz has a bit more money he could put old hens there instead of selling them
I know it's early, but you should actually make Trenton and Hazel have kids and have them be a part of the LP, kids can cook, garden and help out with animals now and it makes characters more memorable.
I love crossovers. You should build a barn somewhere in the lot and renovate it, so that could be the newlyweds' new snazzy, industrial looking home - and then fill the old home with robots that will help you with gardening and managing the cottage. Because what's better than crossovers? Robots. A lot of robots.
I LOVE this idea! Then we could have the continuation of the cottage living with Chaz on his farm, and we could follow on more of the dream home decorator lp with Trenton & Hazel. But I also want them all here for a little while first

Extend the hencatraz pond towards the house in an eggplant shape, landscape it with reeds, Lilly pads and water effects and build a back porch/pier over the water. With a BBQ and a glass dining setting and lounge chairs. Connecting the backyard up to the garden section. Change it from a muddy dustbowl into a outdoor living space looking over the water
Hazel is definitely the kind of sim who would want a proper wedding ceremony. The garden would be a lovely place for it, maybe with a few extra decorations to make it look like she planned and decorated for it
A while back someone suggested using the debug water wheel thing to make a converted mill-type building for Trenton! That would be cool to try! And I think Hazel should add a modern extension off the farmhouse! And a lot of people have mentioned how having multiple lodgings on a farm is realistic, especially for farmhands? What if you build a little cabin or something and have some roommates around on the lot? Maybe Chaz could find love with one of them?
Another idea: Hazels' old lot could be turned into a restaurant similar to SNOOZE with different rooms for each party, but each room is in a different style like Modern or Gothic Farmhouse or Island, etc.
Hagrid needs a bed. I do like a conservatory idea as well as multiple houses/cottages though I think Chaz might be better in a bachelor pad. I know, it’s his farm… but really Trenton does a lot of work so it’s rather not. It’s fam! Another idea, Perhaps bumping out that weird skinny lounge/parlor/living room and adding a sunroom/conservatory and putting a spot for the dogs to play together outside.
You could go back to Hazel’s old home and basically just “pack up” her office and add it into one of the empty rooms in the house that way it’s like she took what she needed and left the rest.

My headcanon is now that Trenton ordered the rocketship kit from Simazon, and Chaz was like...bro why would you spend all that money? Great Aunt Trash had a rocket ship at the Bigwallet apts! Then he had to return the rocket parts, but he had to pay shipping, so he didn't get the full cost back.

I always feel like if your best friends with a sim you visit you should be able to get food from the fridge. Maybe sleeping and showering is a bit weird, but I always tell my guests to help themselves at my home. I think they should add that to the game. More than one bestie and besties get special home privileges.

@@ollie_3948 As long as you lock the other houses it should work. I'm not sure it would fit fully in the lets play. Depends on how it continues, I suppose. But with the houses a small 1 person vet could work.
I think you should add a beer/wine cellar where you can make fizz, with rough stone walls for a proper English countryside basement feel. You could use that modded fridge that stores fizzes without them going off.
I think you should take Hazel's things from her office/studio at her house and put them in one of the empty rooms of the farmhouse or build ger like a shed just for her things, so she can have a space for her :)

For the renovation, I'd love to see a modern addition to the house, possibly for a living room, that would open to a terrace with a view of the farm. Hazel's office could be the 2 rooms upstairs. And the inside of the house could be a mix of cottage and contemporary stuff ^^ love the videos and the story, thanks James!
I always have dates at the park in San Myshuno. Lots of stuff to do.... and a building with bathrooms, sofa and kitchen. Plus you can woohoo in the observatory.
For Hazel I would make a basement "dark room" that could also have some of her other creative items in it, but you should totally build a gazebo in the garden to put her easel in. It would be such a lovely painting spot! And if you decide to bring it back for whatever reason, you should totally create a silo to hide the rocket ship in. That way it doesn't stand out on the farm. Maybe use a debug roof if there's one that fits that style? Also, about memory erase... I had the worst experience with that. One of my sims moved out to go to university; her mom was an alien who had adopted her. Her mother asked her to come home and visit, and when she did, alien mom mind erased her!!! I could not believe it. Destroyed their entire relationship. I was so hurt on my sim's behalf when she forgot everything about her mother and went back to university. Their relationship never recovered.
I definitely think Hazel should grab all her stolen stuff. She can hide it in whatever room you make for her for as long as Trenton hides his alien form 😆 they both got secrets. I also think she should grab some things to fill out a little studio for herself. That one you made for her in the basement was adorable!
For the reno, I would really like to see the office downstairs be moved upstairs so there is a big livingroom where they can hang out and ofcourse a workshop for Hazel. A backyard would be nice as well.

For puppies you need to have a good relationship with both animals (quicker results) then you get the option to suggest to make puppies with chosen dog do that with both dogs and in no time you'll have little cute farm puppies!! Loving every single episode right now!thank James Turner!!

Suggestions: add a 3rd floor and either: 1. Trenton and Hazel move up there with an on suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. This way if they both need to take care of hygiene they can use the bathroom at the same time. Their old bedroom could become part of Chaz's room and he can get a small on suite bathroom. The rest of the 3rd floor could be Hazel studio so you could go back and take that stuff as well as Hargid's toys and bed. Maybe the washer and dryer as well as the box that's for decorations. 2. Chaz could move up there with a small on suite bathroom, just a copy of the first floor bathroom and his 2nd floor bedroom. Chaz's old bedroom and Trenton and Hazel's room could be the master bedroom with an on suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. This way if they both need to take care of hygiene they can use the bathroom at the same time. The rest of the 3rd floor could be Hazel studio so you could go back and take that stuff as well as Hargid's toys and bed. Maybe the washer and dryer as well as the box that's for decorations. This way if Chaz ever gets together with someone or if he adopts a kid and decides to be a single parent then you have room for any kids up there. Since the other two 2nd floor bedrooms are about the same size, one could be a girl's room and the other could be a boy's room both complete with bunk beds for Hazel and Trenton's future kids. Hazel's studio could also go in a basement, if not the third floor. As for the other community lot with Hazel's old house on it, try a restaurant and see how it goes. Maybe you could also take one of the computers for the other desk and bookcase for the living room. Name Suggestions: Froggy's Gift Shop Alley Frog's Gift Shop - name, part before gift shop, came from comments about Chaz's first frog that he forgot to take. You could decorate it with the frogs you have and Hazel could do paintings and photographs of the frogs.

I really liked Hazel’s basement art room in the old house so it would be awesome to see that space recreated for her on the farm. I also think the dinosaur head from the museum could fit quite nicely in the folly garden. Just so you know, with the retail lot, you can’t sell knitting in stores, but you can sell cross stitch.
I'd build Hazel an art studio with lots and lots of windows so she has great light to paint by. Of course she will need an office area in the studio for her bookkeeping.
Hazel should renovate the whole upper floor. One side of the staircase for Chaz, the other one for Trentont and Hazel. Both rooms have their en suite bathrooms. The only doors from the hallways are to access their bedrooms, and they both get a space for the dog beds.
I think that in addition to Hazel's own studio (which other comments have suggested), this studio should have a great view through huge windows or maybe a balcony connecting to the studio, so that Hazel could walk out there on dewy mornings to get inspiration for her work.
the sims 2 actually taught me a lot of english vocabularies and I'm grateful for that. I want to play the sims 4 so badly but my laptop doesnt meet the requirements :(( so thank you james for this lp :D watching you play is so fun!
Would be pretty cool if you turned the Hazel’s houses into almost show rooms and sets for her interior designs with her paintings and stuff. Could even set it for sale as well as the stuff she stole a bit like a furniture store.

I've noticed that I always get the biggest sized crop when I do the following: Plant on dry soil. Super vitality fertiliser. Water. Encourage crop growth every day. Fertilising before watering appears to make a difference, although I haven't tested it enough to be 100%.
Aww I'm happy Hazel gets to take a break in the farm and even try out gardening! I hope she gets to do some painting and get an artist studio of her own, maybe even sell some masterpieces at the store sometime! She'll make a wonderful painter and I think she'll sell everything well (and maybe whip Column into shape so she'll actually do her job 😂)

Ohhh! Chaz fully embraces the simple life and decides to build a tiny house on the family property, giving the "main house" to his younger brother and his new fiance. Hazel does a bit of remodeling to the inside to make it feel more like her and Trentons' and to better fit their needs, maybe with thoughts of the possibility for the family to growing in the future. Or the house could be pretty with an extension added to one side for a large room for Chaz on the ground floor (away from the walls of the newly engaged couple 😳 lol), leaving the upstairs for Hazel and Trenton (for her office space, etc). That ending though... What did he do?! o.O lol. Happy weekend! Best of wishes!

I maintain that Hazel should have a separate building that acts as her own workspace (ie computer, easel, the sketchpad, dream home decorator stuff) that way she respects Chaz’s tastes for furnishing the house. Like either a converted shed building or a converted shipping container of sorts, something that isn’t massive but holds just enough of her stuff

As a farm kid - multiple dwellings are super common on family run properties. I think giving the new couple a studio in the back of the property makes sense. E.g. a renovated "shed". Or at least renovate the house so they have they have their own wings in the current house.
They could also renovate the current shed!
I love how James’ LPs always take unpredictable turns. Like, after the last LP, if you asked me what the next episode would be, Trenton going to space would not have been on the list.
Maybe one of the houses on Hazel’s lot can be turned into a farm to table style restaurant! Serving wholesome pub style meals! That would be really cool ☺️
This was my thought as well. Definitely would go over well in L.A.! If you put their farm produce into the restaurant kitchen, will the chefs use it? That’s the only reason I didn’t suggest it, I don’t know if the meals would actually use and benefit from the high quality farm goods.🤷🏻♀️

@@tinnie75 I don't really see Chaz wanting that big house anyways. I think that is why he and Trenton have not really used all the room upstairs, because they don't feel the need to live large. Chaz seems like he likes being outside more anyways and they didn't even have a TV for ages so in my mind it would totally make sense that Chaz would ask for a studio-apartment reno from Hazel in a barn or something, as long as it's near the animals and has room for dogs.

Did anyone else notice Hazel swiped a set of salt & pepper shakers and a table and chairs while at the restaurant? At 6:32 she runs in and swipes the set of salt & pepper shakers off the outdoor table, while Trenton and Hazel are sitting at their table chatting at 7:21 a sim in a green top walks by and swipes the salt & pepper shaker off of their table, at 10:31 Hazel runs back to the table she swiped the salt & pepper shakers from and takes the table and chairs. Lots of thievery going on at this restaurant.

Huge "well done" to the person who suggested turning the store into a gift shop, they are absolutely right, little touristy villages like this *always* have a gift shop!!
Would love if you went into CAS off camera (so you don’t get as stressed) to give Hazel a country style make over as well as maybe taking a bit more time on the guys. Maybe a farming outfit for each season or warm/cooler weather everyday working outfits? Since you’re attached to these Sims, I think you’d do great taking their personalities and such into account if you aren’t feeling pressured filming. You did amazing with the Seasons family as well as Bob and Trash.
Hazel should get into the things that Chaz and Trenton didn’t have time to do. Juice fizzing, cross stitching, knitting, robotics? I don’t know if she should get back into painting again because maybe she’s moved on from that stage or lifestyle? And sell the things at the store or at the table!
Also maybe turn the unfurnished rooms to Hazels office and Fae Fae’s room! Or turn the boys office into Hazels office for more room, then change the two rooms to the boys separate offices!

Hey James, I'd second getting that normal coop idea, or just getting normal chickens in Hencatraz because I would really like to see you do more canning and simple living cooking! It seems fascinating, and you haven't done too much of it yet!
Also, you have to click in thr dog you have a good relationship with and then go to 'encourage to mate' and click the other dog!
For renovations, perhaps a conservatory in the back? It would be a nice place to sit, and Hazel can paint in the sunlight!
Could you redo the terrain paint now that everything has shifted? Also I don't think you need to build another office when there are empty rooms upstairs? You could put a dog bed in one of them so Hagrid can snooze in there while Hazel works?
I think keep the hencatraz chickens all evil chickens. Perhaps they could get a third coop for a few normal chickens and now that Chaz has a bit more money he could put old hens there instead of selling them
I know it's early, but you should actually make Trenton and Hazel have kids and have them be a part of the LP, kids can cook, garden and help out with animals now and it makes characters more memorable.

You should build a barn somewhere in the lot and renovate it, so that could be the newlyweds' new snazzy, industrial looking home - and then fill the old home with robots that will help you with gardening and managing the cottage.

Extend the hencatraz pond towards the house in an eggplant shape, landscape it with reeds, Lilly pads and water effects and build a back porch/pier over the water. With a BBQ and a glass dining setting and lounge chairs. Connecting the backyard up to the garden section. Change it from a muddy dustbowl into a outdoor living space looking over the water

Hazel is definitely the kind of sim who would want a proper wedding ceremony. The garden would be a lovely place for it, maybe with a few extra decorations to make it look like she planned and decorated for it

A while back someone suggested using the debug water wheel thing to make a converted mill-type building for Trenton! That would be cool to try!
And I think Hazel should add a modern extension off the farmhouse!
And a lot of people have mentioned how having multiple lodgings on a farm is realistic, especially for farmhands? What if you build a little cabin or something and have some roommates around on the lot? Maybe Chaz could find love with one of them?
Another idea: Hazels' old lot could be turned into a restaurant similar to SNOOZE with different rooms for each party, but each room is in a different style like Modern or Gothic Farmhouse or Island, etc.

I do like a conservatory idea as well as multiple houses/cottages though I think Chaz might be better in a bachelor pad. I know, it’s his farm… but really Trenton does a lot of work so it’s rather not. It’s fam! Another idea, Perhaps bumping out that weird skinny lounge/parlor/living room and adding a sunroom/conservatory and putting a spot for the dogs to play together outside.

I think the pets have to have some level of relationship to mate as well, but it’s been awhile so I’m not positive.
I always feel like if your best friends with a sim you visit you should be able to get food from the fridge. Maybe sleeping and showering is a bit weird, but I always tell my guests to help themselves at my home. I think they should add that to the game. More than one bestie and besties get special home privileges.

I think you should add a beer/wine cellar where you can make fizz, with rough stone walls for a proper English countryside basement feel. You could use that modded fridge that stores fizzes without them going off.

For the renovation, I'd love to see a modern addition to the house, possibly for a living room, that would open to a terrace with a view of the farm. Hazel's office could be the 2 rooms upstairs. And the inside of the house could be a mix of cottage and contemporary stuff ^^ love the videos and the story, thanks James!
I always have dates at the park in San Myshuno. Lots of stuff to do.... and a building with bathrooms, sofa and kitchen. Plus you can woohoo in the observatory.

For Hazel I would make a basement "dark room" that could also have some of her other creative items in it, but you should totally build a gazebo in the garden to put her easel in. It would be such a lovely painting spot!
And if you decide to bring it back for whatever reason, you should totally create a silo to hide the rocket ship in. That way it doesn't stand out on the farm. Maybe use a debug roof if there's one that fits that style?
Also, about memory erase... I had the worst experience with that. One of my sims moved out to go to university; her mom was an alien who had adopted her. Her mother asked her to come home and visit, and when she did, alien mom mind erased her!!! I could not believe it. Destroyed their entire relationship. I was so hurt on my sim's behalf when she forgot everything about her mother and went back to university. Their relationship never recovered.
I definitely think Hazel should grab all her stolen stuff. She can hide it in whatever room you make for her for as long as Trenton hides his alien form 😆 they both got secrets. I also think she should grab some things to fill out a little studio for herself. That one you made for her in the basement was adorable!

For the reno, I would really like to see the office downstairs be moved upstairs so there is a big livingroom where they can hang out and ofcourse a workshop for Hazel. A backyard would be nice as well.

For puppies you need to have a good relationship with both animals (quicker results) then you get the option to suggest to make puppies with chosen dog do that with both dogs and in no time you'll have little cute farm puppies!! Loving every single episode right now!thank James Turner!!

feel like it would be cool to upgrade the house to two "seperate houses" like in the university lp, so that they are still on the same farm but trenton and hazel actually have their own place for each other. like english town homes maybe?
Suggestions:
add a 3rd floor and either:
1. Trenton and Hazel move up there with an on suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. This way if they both need to take care of hygiene they can use the bathroom at the same time. Their old bedroom could become part of Chaz's room and he can get a small on suite bathroom. The rest of the 3rd floor could be Hazel studio so you could go back and take that stuff as well as Hargid's toys and bed. Maybe the washer and dryer as well as the box that's for decorations.
2. Chaz could move up there with a small on suite bathroom, just a copy of the first floor bathroom and his 2nd floor bedroom. Chaz's old bedroom and Trenton and Hazel's room could be the master bedroom with an on suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. This way if they both need to take care of hygiene they can use the bathroom at the same time. The rest of the 3rd floor could be Hazel studio so you could go back and take that stuff as well as Hargid's toys and bed. Maybe the washer and dryer as well as the box that's for decorations. This way if Chaz ever gets together with someone or if he adopts a kid and decides to be a single parent then you have room for any kids up there.
Since the other two 2nd floor bedrooms are about the same size, one could be a girl's room and the other could be a boy's room both complete with bunk beds for Hazel and Trenton's future kids. Hazel's studio could also go in a basement, if not the third floor. As for the other community lot with Hazel's old house on it, try a restaurant and see how it goes. Maybe you could also take one of the computers for the other desk and bookcase for the living room.

Alley Frog's Gift Shop - name, part before gift shop, came from comments about Chaz's first frog that he forgot to take.
You could decorate it with the frogs you have and Hazel could do paintings and photographs of the frogs.

I really liked Hazel’s basement art room in the old house so it would be awesome to see that space recreated for her on the farm. I also think the dinosaur head from the museum could fit quite nicely in the folly garden. Just so you know, with the retail lot, you can’t sell knitting in stores, but you can sell cross stitch.
I'd build Hazel an art studio with lots and lots of windows so she has great light to paint by. Of course she will need an office area in the studio for her bookkeeping.
Hazel should renovate the whole upper floor. One side of the staircase for Chaz, the other one for Trentont and Hazel. Both rooms have their en suite bathrooms. The only doors from the hallways are to access their bedrooms, and they both get a space for the dog beds.
Remember that the Instant Upgrade has a 24 hour cool down 🙂

I think that in addition to Hazel's own studio (which other comments have suggested), this studio should have a great view through huge windows or maybe a balcony connecting to the studio, so that Hazel could walk out there on dewy mornings to get inspiration for her work.

the sims 2 actually taught me a lot of english vocabularies and I'm grateful for that. I want to play the sims 4 so badly but my laptop doesnt meet the requirements :(( so thank you james for this lp :D watching you play is so fun!

Would be pretty cool if you turned the Hazel’s houses into almost show rooms and sets for her interior designs with her paintings and stuff. Could even set it for sale as well as the stuff she stole a bit like a furniture store.
22:50 : Poor Column. We've all seen where she lives, and how empty it is, and the fact that her only bathroom is all the way down in her cellar (I believe), and yet James wont allow her to bathe in the shop ??? Shame on you James, shame on you =999 =DDD
I've noticed that I always get the biggest sized crop when I do the following:
Plant on dry soil.
Super vitality fertiliser.
Water.
Encourage crop growth every day.
Fertilising before watering appears to make a difference, although I haven't tested it enough to be 100%.

Aww I'm happy Hazel gets to take a break in the farm and even try out gardening! I hope she gets to do some painting and get an artist studio of her own, maybe even sell some masterpieces at the store sometime! She'll make a wonderful painter and I think she'll sell everything well (and maybe whip Column into shape so she'll actually do her job 😂)

Ohhh! Chaz fully embraces the simple life and decides to build a tiny house on the family property, giving the "main house" to his younger brother and his new fiance. Hazel does a bit of remodeling to the inside to make it feel more like her and Trentons' and to better fit their needs, maybe with thoughts of the possibility for the family to growing in the future.
Or the house could be pretty with an extension added to one side for a large room for Chaz on the ground floor (away from the walls of the newly engaged couple 😳 lol), leaving the upstairs for Hazel and Trenton (for her office space, etc).

I maintain that Hazel should have a separate building that acts as her own workspace (ie computer, easel, the sketchpad, dream home decorator stuff) that way she respects Chaz’s tastes for furnishing the house. Like either a converted shed building or a converted shipping container of sorts, something that isn’t massive but holds just enough of her stuff
