anyone know what the defender meant by "its a 22" and "seal-slip"? trying to learn more IQ and terminology...

in a 22 set which is a term for 2-2-2 typically attackmen will "seal" or set a screen on another player's defensemen allowing him to "slip" or cut backside to hopefully be open on the pipe or in front of the cage. Essentially it is just another name for a pick and roll.
