There is no doubt that velvet voiced Dennis is a Crown King, not a Crown Prince of Reggae. Beautiful soul beloved throughout Jamaica, United kingdom and many other parts of the world. King yes.

Bob music rarely played at parties in the 70s & 80s, but Debs music brings back memories by the scores.

The music industry could've done better with Dennis Brown, Fred Locks did an interview and mentioned the reason why Dennis Brown was forced to use drugs because these two europeans thought that he couldn't keep up with touring he looked tired and needed a lift. It's sad that such talented people are gone because of drugs

Ofcourse Dennis Emmanuel Brown is the king of Reggae Music, can anyone inform me of the jamaican singer who for over a decade his music CONSISTENTLY hit charts. The Song Westbound train was originally done by Jacob Miller.

Did his music played enough on the jamaican airwaves and entertainment scenes NOPE You don't know zero about jamaican music, only 2 Bob used to be played sometimes at special parties and Dancehalls natural Mystic and crazy baldhead and the latter was deliberately selected whenever the security forces enters the dancehall. Marleys music wasn't no total package,it was just for listening and to some ppl .holding a vibes, but for hardcore Dancehalls, proper parties and club scenes thats a NO NO.

BOb is the Ambassador of reggae music, he is not the king of Reggae music, how regular was his tunes played on the jamaica airwaves comparing to Dennis's music, did you know that when Bob started out with the new Wailers that included the 'I threes' in 1975 Dennis had already charted about 8 no1 tunes and continued in that same year he had about 4 no1 records, Bob Marley recorded for 5yrs with his band from 1974 to 1979. Do you really believe Bob couldve supercedes Dennis in such a short time, but at the end of the day the music speaks for it self and its King Dennis all the way no contest.

Another thing I heard is that Eek A Mouse Said that ziggy marley didn't want to work with dennis brown and refused to go on tour with brown that could be a reason why he turned to drugs too and bob marley children win some much grammys and dennis brown, Gregory isaacs, John Holt, Peter Tosh, Jacob Miller, Garnett Silk, Ken Boothe, Alton Ellis, and more dem never win any Grammy but the marley boys win grammys🤨 I tell you. Bob Marley did some work but dennis brown did more work then him and bob marley got the king title I think dennis brown would of gotten the king title and Gregory Issacs would of gotten the prince title dennis brown is my crowned king of reggae

Dennis Brown never win a Grammy but bob marley family did I think dennis brown should of got more recognition he is the Michael Jackson of Jamaica but back in those days it was all about bob marley dennis brown will always a king of reggae music and the best vocalists ever
