- Aeroprakt A32 expands options with the familiar center Y stick control. The dual throttles are particularly innovative with ergonomically designed console mounted pull push handles.
Another feature is the simple and secure control locking straps which are also suitable for Y stick control A22 Foxbat aircraft.
Vixen looks like a nicely designed machine. I particularly like the panel layout, but thought the keytag gets in the way of the trim control. Thanks for the video.

It's a beautiful plane BUT what I fly A22 which has very similar cockpit with the one here, I don't really see any ergonomic design in this plane. As an instructor teaching how to fly the plane to my students in a fairly new airplane...working out with throttle on my right hand next to my lap and flap handles on the top and Vshape sticks (which is kind of stupid) doing after take off checks and utilizing flaps while trying to concentrate on flying a safe CCT with my students I think it should have way better design than what we have with Foxbat. I hope they get rid of that V shape stick soon.

Sir, if you compare the Foxbat and the Vixxon, would you say the pilots have less space between them insie the Vixxon with the Y-stick, than they would have in the Foxbat with Y-stick?
I understand the windows are more narrow in the Vixxon, but is the space between the seats also more narrow?
Do you remember the emptyweight of this A-32 as is on this video?

Hi Frode, the Vixxen actually have a bit more space in the cabin than the A22LS.
The BEW of the A32 in the video is 321.1kg
How do you trim the aircraft with your hand on the stick? Isn't that the way to feel the forces in the stick?
Trim can be adjusted with the left hand whilst feeling pressure with the right hand on your Y stick
As a student some of the cross hand operations, as in a C42 et al might be a little challenging at first? A yoke might be a better option for some?

why... what a mess. how much big company's with a lot of highly payed engineers choose such an assembly. let me think, oh none...
