after i completed my application and got the confirmation number page. i reloaded the page to apply for another person but i got an error message with resume entry button and after clicking it i got this message 'The information submitted has not been accepted because it matches a previous entry in our records. Individuals may only submit one entry per DV period. Duplicate entries will not be accepted . does that mean I'm out of the lottery because the system thinks i entered my data twice

My sister husband who is the principal applicate, did not take his HS diploma with him to the interview because he was told they will only ask for his WAEC certificate. US Embassy in Liberia did ask for his high diploma. What do they do now? He has his high school diploma.

There is not much to be done. Addis are not behaving correctly and have literally thousands of people waiting for interviews. Clearly, that will not end well for the vast majority of those people.

I will assume you are a DV2023 case. In that case, yes you will be waiting a long time because of your case number, so you can submit now, unlocking later, or simply wait until you have had the baby.
Nobody knows a % of a chance anyone has.Your number is high for Africa Region… just make sure you prepare all your documentation accordingly and correctly in-time before your interview.

hello , ll try to explain my situation because I haven't slept the last two nights for this; the doubt is all about the part "work/education/training information". My present employ is in a restaurant in Italy, where i am the restaurant manager and there is a question on the Ds-260 :"Does this job require at least 2 years of training of experience?" I answered yes, with all the duties and i did the same with my previously jobs: -Bar manager -administrative officer. only today i saw the list of jobs of the US Department of Labor, and none of my works are on that list that should qualify me for the DV visa. calculating that I should be qualified to the dv visa with my level of education, in fact to the box: "Number of educational institutions attended" I answered "3" -1 diploma at the vocational school (5 years) - 1 diploma at another vocational school -- a school of higher education attended with its final certificate. my "incorrect" answers related to my work, could cause me problems? It would be better to correct the Ds260 by answering the question "Does this job require 2 years of training?" NO? Thank you very much for your time, is that in my Ds260 I already state that I have received a refusal to an F1 visa in the past and I would not like to increase the motivations for not proceeding with the next phase and then schedule the interview at the embassy for obtaining the green card

All your medical records are in the package envelope which you're strictly not supposed to open, carry your cds as per your records but nobody will bother look at them at the point of entry.

If by the end of july you did not recieve your 2NL will that be the end
Could you please inform if those who won DV21 but didnt hear back from KCC still have a chance or everything is lost?
The only cases that still have a chance from DV2021 is those that were in one of the lawsuits currently under appeal.

hello , ll try to explain my situation because I haven't slept the last two nights for this; the doubt is all about the part "work/education/training information". My present employ is in a restaurant in Italy, where i am the restaurant manager and there is a question on the Ds-260 :"Does this job require at least 2 years of training of experience?" I answered yes, with all the duties and i did the same with my previously jobs:
-Bar manager
-administrative officer.
only today i saw the list of jobs of the US Department of Labor, and none of my works are on that list that should qualify me for the DV visa.
calculating that I should be qualified to the dv visa with my level of education, in fact to the box: "Number of educational institutions attended" I answered "3"
-1 diploma at the vocational school (5 years)
- 1 diploma at another vocational school
-- a school of higher education attended with its final certificate.
my "incorrect" answers related to my work, could cause me problems? It would be better to correct the Ds260 by answering the question "Does this job require 2 years of training?" NO?
Thank you very much for your time, is that in my Ds260 I already state that I have received a refusal to an F1 visa in the past and I would not like to increase the motivations for not proceeding with the next phase and then schedule the interview at the embassy for obtaining the green card

I still have a question i hope u can help me with, since i have received my passport and the immigration packet it looks like there is no xray inside the envelope since its A4 sized, and i have red that i need to carry the xray with me to the port of entry. So is the xray CD alone satisfactory?

All your medical records are in the package envelope which you're strictly not supposed to open, carry your cds as per your records but nobody will bother look at them at the point of entry.
Yep the CD is all you need, but in fact they probably won't even take that. Relax.

@@BritSimon hey brit i like u to help me my interview is next week but my family is not with me they are in Dubai and she is working they.she ask the company for emergency vacation but the deny by telling he she can only travel August.,i cal the embassy to reschedule my interview but the said until the appointment end and i go for miss appointment and i give the reasons before the can reschedule me and i should go on their website pls help on this
@@louvallamarcelioutatang8087 your so lucky that u have been scheduled, asking KCc to reschedule your appointment is not a-good idea, u have so much to loose when u miss your appointment, weigh your options better bro. Your wife can seek an emergency leave.Good luck
