I took one of the hour long lessons with Nathan about a year ago and he’s wonderful. I actually felt so bad because when we connected for our session, I was going to screen share on my computer with him so he could evaluate what I’ve done and give me some lessons and tips, and the Internet decided to not want to cooperate, and Nathan was sooooo kind and patient even though I was panicking because I didn’t want to waste his time since I know how busy he is. And his advice is really spot on. He really knows what he’s talking about. So yea even if think you’re already a great photographer and can do this stuff no problem, reach out to him and let him be a second opinion on little things here and there on how you can improve. Totally worth it in my opinion. :)
Hey Nathan, I’ve been doing RE photography for 7 yrs now. I’ve just recently decided to learn how to do my own video rather than contracting that out. My challenge has been acquiring more commercial clients (i.e developers, builders, interior designers etc). Your content is very helpful. Thank-you!
great video, thank you so much for everything youve done
This is absolute GOLD! Kudos.
This is the best advice I have ever been given 😀
Great information Nathan, and thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks so much Nathan! Your videos are so helpful! Really appreciate you lending so much knowledge onto the subject
Thanks for sharing this Nathan. Seasons greetings to you, hope you have a fab 2021. cheers.
Nathan, thanks so much for this great information. You a have many good tips to help us photographers, and I truly appreciate it.
Also being brutally honest is a good thing. I love it. Not many egotists can take it, but those that can will benefit from you teachings.
I am a professional photog with 40 year old school history. But I know that staying current and knowledgeable with technology is crucial
to staying in business. I feel that I have re-invented my photo business multiple times to adapt and stay self-employed. For example, getting back
into real estate photo and video and adding drone airviews. I just got my FAA drone pilot license and am ready to launch all these services in my area.
So, thank you for you kindness in making these videos to inspire and motivate me to take on new adventures. Peace and Health to all.

I absolutely love your content. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Nathan I follow you from Italy. Here there is certainly a different real estate market than the American one and I am applying your suggestions, your techniques. I'm in phase one and seeing this video was very important. Thanks.
This is great info. Thanks for sharing this kind of information.
Thank you!! This info is amazing!!
Nathan, great video! Thank you for the knowledge transfer. I'm in that phase one section and am looking forward to a great 2021. Best to you and your family in 2021.
Thank you Nathan. Super helpful and informative as always.
Thank you, Nathan! Just what I was looking for! I bought your business book a few days ago, so this is perfect timing!
Thank you Nathan! Just found you on TH-cam, great content and I learned a lot from this video alone.
Thank you, Nathan. Great advise as i'm looking for ways to expand my client base.
Thank you Nathan!!
Whatever I learned, I learned it from you. You are the best in the business. I like the way you talk and professionally present topics. I’ve been trying for a while to be in the business but as you said it takes a while. I need a day job to support my family otherwise I would switch full time right now. I practice often and I learn new techniques all the time.
Thank you again Nathan.
Great information sir! Thank you very much for sharing.
Very useful information. Thank you!
Hello Nathan Since I began my journey into real estate photography, your videos have been an enormous assistance to me. I'm thinking about asking you about this topic, but I don't recall seeing you address it in any of your videos. Do you use a CRM system like Honeybook or similar? Do we as business owners have to take this into account? How do you deliver content for your customers?
You're very welcome...glad I could help. I never found a need for a CRM system. For more that and how to deliver content, you may want to check out my book on business techniques, here's a link if you want to take a peak: amzn.to/3K7xHwS
Very good video. Good job Nathan!
This video came at the perfect time
Thanks again
Don't give up!Thanks Nathan cool
Thank you for all the knowledge you have in real estate photography, I’ve learned a lot from your videos!
Really great stuff Nathan, thank you.
thank you so much!
Tank you so much for these excellent excellent videos.
You're videos are truly top top notch and I appreciate all the effort you put into them.
I am a professional photographer who is redefining and excited about getting much more into the real estate photography.
Prior to this I did mostly actors head shots as my studio was inside an acting school but covert certainly shut down Broadway and shut down my business.
I was wondering if you feel or have seen that these videos that you create generate expanded or new business for your real estate photography ?
Thank you for your videos!
Great video!!
AWESOME!
Great video really helpfull I just started doin real estate photography a few months ago. Im starting to lear about making virtual tours with 360 camera. What software its the best to do virtual tours? Im looking to get a software instead of cloudservice editor I want to avoid the monthly fees. If you or anyone here can give me some tips/recomendatios I will appretiate it. Thanks a lot for your time and knowledge!!
Thanks! These are things I cover in my e-book on virtual tours, here's a link if you want to check that out: amzn.to/3I2rE9s
Fantastic video with some practical application. Would you do an amendment to include our current covid situation
Thanks! Will do. In fact, I'm working on the annual real estate photography report video, which you can participate in with the survey, here's a link if you want to add your input: forms.gle/yqf5fmd3CMAgHbrf7
@@NathanCoolPhoto No problem at all, All Done.
Thanks from Australia
Do you offer beginner courses in photography?
Thank you Nathan for the great knowledge. How do you feel about researching realtors on Instagram in my local area and reaching out to them there? That way I'm able to share my Instagram real-estate photos with them. Would you consider that a mistake?
Thanks Paul, you might have missed that but as I mentioned in the video I'd focus on contacting them through email, and as I also pointed out in the video you need a pro website, which is where you should be directing clients from email. IG, similar to FB, is not B2B :)
@@NathanCoolPhoto Got it!! Thank You!
When you're "Contacting" your 13% or "proposing as backup photog," what medium are you doing this through? Email?
As I mentioned in the video: email. You may want to rewatch this video since this is a crucial point, and one you want to make sure you target correctly and at the right time.
Have you got these books series in the form of video courses?
Not right now, but the e-books are interactive with links to various videos on mine on TH-cam, and they can be read on any device using the free Kindle app. Here's a link to the series if you need it: amzn.to/3mngj9O
@@NathanCoolPhoto Alright. Thank you
@@NathanCoolPhoto I am just starting out in this, still learning about the real estate photography from TH-cam videos, then I am thinking to get a short course online and then do a workshop, yet I also have to buy the complete gear too. So from your books series, in which order should I go through each of them? Please recommend. Also, I would appreciate if you can tell, which videos from your TH-cam channel will help me starting out? Thanks.
Hi Maulik, it's best to start with e-book #1 (interiors) and go from there. It also has links to recommended videos based on subject. Here's a direct link: amzn.to/39T61t0
